“หลายคนขอบคุณพระเจ้าเป็นพันเป็นล้านครั้งที่ทำให้เขาเกิดมาเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตที่เรียกว่า ‘มนุษย์’ แต่ในทางกลับกัน สัตว์หลายตัวที่ผมเจอ หากเขาพูดได้ เขาก็คงอยากขอบคุณพระเจ้าเป็นพันเป็นล้านครั้งเหมือนกันที่ไม่ดลบันดาลให้มันเกิดมาเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตที่เรียกว่า ‘มนุษย์’ มนุษย์ที่ถูกกักขังอยู่ในโลกแห่งความกดดัน มนุษย์ที่ถูกเฆี่ยนตีด้วยคำพูดแห่งความคาดหวัง และเป็นมนุษย์ที่ถูกลิดรอนอิสรภาพด้วยคำว่าสังคม
สัตว์เมื่อเขาอยากแสดงความรู้สึก เขาจะบอกให้เรารู้ผ่านการกระทำ ไม่มีโป้ปด ไม่มีหลอกลวง และสิ่งนี้ทำให้ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่า มนุษย์อย่างเราๆ บางครั้งก็ขลาดเขลามากกว่าบรรดาสัตว์ต่างๆที่เราพากันดูถูกเหยียดหยาม พวกเขาแสดงความรู้สึกได้อย่างเถรตรง แต่เรากลับจมปรักตัวเองอยู่กับความรู้สึกกลัวเกรงแห่งศักดิ์ศรี งี่เง่าอะไรก็ไม่รู้ที่จินตนาการกันขึ้นมาอย่างไร้เหตุผล
และทั้งหมดทั้งมวลนี้ ผมก็แค่อยากให้ทุกคนได้ลองหันกลับไปมองดูคนรอบข้าง โดยเฉพาะคนในครอบครัว พ่อแม่บางคู่ที่กำลังอุ้มลูกน้อยอยู่ในอ้อมแขนเหมือนกับที่ผมกำลังอุ้มลูกหมีตัวนี้อยู่ ผมอยากให้คุณลองคิด ผมอยากให้คุณเปิดใจ อย่าคาดหวัง อย่าสร้างกรอบ อย่าขังเขาไว้ในกรงแห่งคำว่ากฎเกณฑ์ และอย่ากำหนดอนาคตให้ลูกของคุณโดยคิดว่าเขาคือ ‘สมบัติ’ ในครอบครอง แต่ให้คิดว่าเขาคืออีกหนึ่งชีวิตที่มีเลือดเนื้อ มีจิตใจ มีความรู้สึก และมีอิสรภาพ
อย่าเอาความคาดหวังผูกรัดเขาจนหายใจไม่ออก อย่าเอาคำว่ารักขีดเส้นชีวิตให้เขาจนไร้ทางออก และอย่าเอาสองมือที่เคยโอบอุ้มเขาเมื่อยังแบเบาะนั้น มาปั้นแต่งให้ลูกของคุณเป็น ‘ใครก็ไม่รู้’ ที่คุณวาดหวังจะให้เขาเป็น
และสุดท้าย...อย่าให้เขาต้องร่ำร้องต่อพระเจ้าเพื่อถามหาเหตุผลว่า เหตุใดพระองค์ถึงพระทัยร้ายด้วยการสร้างเขาให้เกิดมาเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตที่เรียกว่า...’มนุษย์’ เลย”

| Translation - English
"Many people thank God billions of times for making them born as living things called 'humans'. On the other hand, animals I have met, if they could talk, they would thank God as well for not making them born as living things called 'humans'- the humans that are imprisoned in the world of pressure; the humans that are beaten by words of hopes; and the humans that are deprived of their freedoms by the word 'society'.
When animals want to express their feelings, they will show us through their actions without lying or pretending. This made me learn that humans like us are sometimes more cowardly than animals which we have scorn for. As animals express their feelings straightforwardly, we, humans, still lock ourselves with stupid feelings imagined illogically of losing our dignity.
For all I have said, I just want all of you to have a think about people around you, especially your families. To some parents holding your little babies in your arms like me holding this baby bear, I want you to consider it. I want you to open your heart. Do not expect, frame, or lock your children in the cage of rules. Moreover, do not plan their futures thinking they are the 'treasure' of your property. You should consider them as living things that have flesh and blood, minds, feelings, and freedoms.
Do not let your expectations tighten your children until they cannot breathe. Do not use the word 'love' to draw the line of their lives and leave them without exit. And do not use those two hands once embraced your children to mold them into ‘someone’ that you expect them to be.
Lastly, do not make your children whine to God asking why he was so cruel creating as living things called ‘human’.
