Paul Blomfield, of Labour’s shadow Brexit team, said: “After a humiliating defeat in the Commons last week, the government has now been forced into an embarrassing climbdown by amending it’s own amendment. Theresa May would be well advised to use the Christmas break to reflect on her chaotic approach to Brexit and stop putting party politics above the national interest.”

The withdrawal bill is aimed at bringing EU law onto the UK statute book in preparation for Brexit, allowing ministers so-called Henry VIII powers to tweak it where necessary.

During eight hours of sometimes fractious debate in the House of Commons, MPs clashed repeatedly about Britain’s future relationship with the European Union.

The Commons passed both the amendment fixing the date of Brexit, and the change allowing MPs to amend this if needed. Shortly after 10.30pm the last of the amendments to be voted on was soundly defeated - a Liberal Democrat amendment requiring a second referendum on a deal attracted just 23 votes, with 319 against.

Il disegno di legge ha lo scopo di trasformare la legge europea in legge del Regno Unito così da conferire ai ministri, in vista della Brexit, poteri alla Enrico VIII per poter ritoccare la legge ove necessario.

Nel corso delle otto ore di dibattito, spesso litigioso, i Parlamentari si sono ripetutamente scontrati sui futuri rapporti tra Gran Bretagna e Unione Europea.

La Camera dei Comuni ha approvato l'emendamento che fissa la data della Brexit e una modifica che consente ai Parlamentari di emendare tale data se necessario. Poco dopo le 22:30 l'emendamento dei Liberali contenente la richiesta di un secondo referendum -l'ultimo ad essere votato- è stato nettamente respinto, ottenendo solo 23 voti a favore e 319 contrari.

Что же нужно делать для того, чтобы туризм стал по-настоящему экологичным? Ответ – как раз-таки смещать баланс экологического вреда/пользы от поездки в сторону пользы. Сделать это можно, применяя определенные правила по экологизации (а точнее, снижению экологического вреда) туристической деятельности – принципы экологического туризма. Сергей Симак относит к таким принципам следующие действия:

- рационализация использования ресурсов – воды, энергии, материалов (например, пакетов, моющих средств пр.), в том числе минимизация потерь тепла за счет рациональной теплоизоляции и вентиляции зданий;
- максимальное вовлечение отходов в переработку, использование вторичного сырья;
- минимизация негативного воздействия от пребывания туристов в природе – обустройство кемпингов, троп, регламентация поведения туристов и др.

Ovviamente, la risposta sta nell'incrementare la percentuale dei benefici nel bilancio costi-benefici ambientali derivanti dal viaggiare; ciò è reso possibile dall'applicazione di determinate leggi che mirano a rendere più ecologiche le imprese del turismo o, più precisamente, a ridurne i costi ambientali. A tali principi dell'ecoturismo Sergej Simak associa le seguenti azioni:

- l'utilizzo razionale delle risorse idriche, energetiche e materiali (ad esempio imballaggi e detersivi ecc.) inclusa la minimizzazione di perdita del calore tramite impianti di isolamento termico e ventilazione dello stabile;
- il riciclo della massima parte possibile di rifiuti e l'utilizzo di materiale riciclato;
- la minimizzazione degli effetti negativi dovuti alla permanenza di turisti nella natura derivanti da attività di campeggio ed escursionismo; la regolamentazione del comportamento dei turisti e simili.
