1-I had worked as a translator and interpreter with British journalists in 2003 for one year. We tried to cover the news and editing articles.
2- I had worked in the American-Iraqi chamber as a translator for one year. I supervised on translating the documents, analyzing the economic problems, planning on gaining profits. I resigned at the end of 2005.
3 – I joined to Orascom telecommunication (Iraqna formerly) on 10-5-2006 as an agent. It is now Zain Iraq. I worked as a Call Center Representative in the Customer Care of Zain Iraq (107), trying to solve the customers’ problems through raising complaints, interacting with different people, analyzing their problems, finding out
accurate solutions, and creating a positive impression. I answered the calls in Arabic and English.
4- I was promoted to Senior Agent in Zain Company in 2011. I was also chosen as one of the best veteran employees in 2013.
5- During my working in Zain, I gave suggestions and offers that were invested by the company. This contributed to sustaining my presence in the company.
6- I had worked as a support employee in the Social Media Department, Public Relations in Zain Iraq where I was an administrator on the page of Zain Iraq. I worked on responding to peoples’ questions, problems on the page, and analyzing the solutions for them raised by the Call Center Representative.
7- I had worked as a supporter in the Back-Office Department for more than two years. I was responsible for solving the problems raised by Customer Care.
8- I worked on modern and different programs in the telecommunication, starting from Alcatel system, OSP, and ending with the Avaya system. These are essential programs in the working of the telecommunication companies.
9 -I transferred into Public relations (PR), social media in 2013, and I was an admin on the page of Zain Iraq for more than three years. I prepared content on different subjects like internal advertisements, articles, or translation. I was responsible also for answering the questions of subscribers through the page.

10- As an administrator to some pages of Facebook, I was answering messages and responding to the comments whether in Arabic or English in a professional way and trying to solve the matters of the customers as well.
11- Through writing different articles on the website or blog, I tried to raise the rank of the website by using frequent certain words that weight to achieve this aim.
I worked at Harf Promotions Company as a copywriter. The starting date is 1-10-2017 and resigned on 15-4-2018. The task of my work is to write attractive advertisements whether in English or Arabic and pays the reader’s attention.
2- As a copywriter, I wrote many Arabic and English advertisements posted in some pages of social media, Facebook. The page I administrated and posted in is Anas Clinic, Babylon Mall, and Nuboogh. At the end of the C.V, The links are mentioned.
3- I wrote many advertised articles published in different blogs of websites.
4- I wrote in English more than 30 articles in the blog of Harf Promotions. At the end of the C.V, the links are mentioned.
5- I was responsible for arranging and writing different scientific and economic subjects in Social Media where I administrate many pages on Facebook.
6- I translated many contracts into English and Arabic as a legal translation.

I started working as a copywriter in Memac Ogilvy on 1 May 2018 which locates in the US and has its branch in MENA in Lebanon. Our agency is in Iraq, Baghdad. I resigned on 1/3/2020. My tasks as a copywriter were:
• Preparing a monthly calendar of social media content that is posted on the related Facebook pages.
• Writing scripts of advertising in formal and informal language, depending on the desire of the client.
• Creating new ideas and perspectives that serve social media.
• Writing press releases in Arabic and English.

• Choosing the appropriate ideas which are compatible with the visuals.
• Preparing the monthly reports on topics in social media and facing a crisis on social media and finding out solutions via writing reports with tactics and solutions.

• Discovering the crisis that may catch the client and find out solutions to solve it by setting up certain strategies and tactics.

1 -I was invited to participate in the” Ninety Festival” held in Erbil in 2014. It focused on translating and copywriting on how we maintain media and spread our opinions and ambitions for youth. It also highlighted paying attention to affiliating cultures with each other.
2 -I was invited to participate in Mustafa Jamal Aldeen Poetry Festival held in Nasiriyah 2015 where I recited my poetry there.
3 -I participated in Haiku Festival held Japan-Tokyo 2015.
4 -I was invited to Almuttanabbi Poetry Festival held in Wassit- Kut in 2014 where I recited my poetry there.
5 -I was invited to participate in the poetry symposium entitled “With Poetry We Resist) held in Turkey-Istanbul in 2016 in Esenler Municipality where I recited my poetry there.
6 -I participated in the competition program (Prince of Poets) held in the U.A.E in 2015. Among more 7000 poets, I was chosen to be among 300 chosen poets traveled to Abu Dhabi. I qualified to 70 poets, and then to 40 poets. But unfortunately, I could not qualify for the 20 poets’ stage which is considered the live show.

4- I won an award from Maarij magazine in 2013. I took the second rank.
5- I won the second rank in the competition of the Last Port in 2013.
6- I won the Free Pen Award held in Egypt in 2014. I took the first rank.
7-I participated in the poetry competition of the Last Port in 2013. I took the first rank.
8-I won the Aljawahiri Golden Necklace Poetry Award held in Australia-Sydney in 2016.

On 1-3-2017, I had worked in an Iraqi company called “Niam Al-Iraq” where I was responsible for marketing accessories of phones in a different area of Iraq and its administrative business, beginning as a representative and then being a manager in marketing. I resigned on 30-9-2017.

1-I work under pressure hardly and actively.
2-I am ambitious and aim to reach the point that my boss and I want.
3-I obey what it is needed and what it should be done.
4-I bear responsibility on my shoulder and implement it carefully.
