Born in the UK to a bi-lingual family, I grew up speaking English and Brazilian Portuguese. I spent part of my childhood in England and part in Brazil, where I later graduated in Letras - Language and Literature. I have been teaching English for more than 22 years and also doing translation, transcreation, transcription and subtitling, all of which I find very fulfilling.
