Tout vin destiné à être bu dans les deux mois sera stocké au réfrigérateur ou à température ambiante. Pour une conservation plus longue, il doit être entreposé à l'abri de la lumière, à une température fraîche et constante. Le vin est un produit périssable, voué à une lente décomposition.
