The uterus appears to be flattened and stretched between the urinary bladder anteriorly,and the large soft tissue mass posteriorly, best appreciated on the sagittal images.
Moderate amount of free fluid in the pelvis, likely malignant ascites.
Bilateral prominence of the pelvicaliceal system bilaterally, similar in appearance compared to the prior CT scan from 2017.
The ureters are not dilated.
The stability of this appearance suggests that these are extra renal pelvis bilaterally.

especially Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates for 3 years.

worked on translation of Oncology, Diabetic foot, Cardiology, radiology and
orthopedic reports while my training course.

am upgrading myself translation skills through online websites like coursera and
using CAT tools programs (especially SDL Trados)
