Bio
I am a freelance translator who can offer
translation services in unique language pairs as a native Romanian and
English. I have been translating from French, Spanish and English into
Romanian, and from French, Spanish and Romanian into English. I am also a
proofreader, proofreading subtitles and text in English and Romanian.
I have experience working on Sworn Romanian translations, translating
texts for humanitarian and development agencies and other global
non-profit organisations. I’ve been translating Spanish articles into
English for an online newspaper. The content focuses on Latin American
cultural and political issues, with a particular interest in human
rights. I have also experience translating subtitles. I have been
translating TV series, cartoons, workout videos and a few movies since
2021.
I am passionate about languages. I find it exciting to
bring a message from one language into another, learning new vocabulary
and phrases all the time and get a better grasp of the written language
over time.
