Evenamide Side Effects Observed in Studies in Animals
Studies performed in animal species, including rats, mice, dogs, and rabbits, have indicated that the most frequent side-effects associated with evenamide relate to the central nervous system, especially at blood levels of the drug that were higher than are likely to be noted in this study. These include: underactivity, salivation, uncoordinated movement, dizziness, unsteadiness, and seizures.
The most frequent side effects associated with evenamide after single (1-60 mg) or multiple (7.5-25 mg twice per day; up to and including 28 days) doses included somnolence, dizziness, nausea, and insomnia. One patient experienced a seizure, and a second one was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation; these were the two important serious adverse events reported in the 332 subjects that have been treated with evenamide as of 31 Jul 2021 in the dose range of 1-60 mg. All side-effects resolved and no residual sequelae were reported.

Translation - Hindi आपके वर्तमान उपचार की तुलना में एवेनमाइड की विभिन्न खुराकों की सहनशीलता तथा सुरक्षा की जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए। अध्ययन दवा 28 दिनों की अवधि में दिन में दो बार मुंह द्वारा दी जाएगी, और जैविक संकेतों (शरीर का भार, रक्तचाप, तापमान, हृदय गति तथा श्वसन दर), एल्क्ट्रोएन्सिफ़ेलोग्राम (ईईजी), एल्क्ट्रोकार्डियोग्राम (ईसीजी), मापे जाएँगे तथा रक्त परीक्षण और दौरे जैसे लक्षणों की जांच की जाएगी;

have started writing 35 years ago and since then writing for various Hindi
magazines. Afterwards I started to write in Urdu and till now I am connected
with number of Urdu Magazines and my poetry and articles are published in them.I am writing for
various Urdu Magazines for 20 years. In 1995 I wrote scripts for the programs
in Lucknow Door Darshan. In 2004 I have written lyrics for some music albums,
and a film, named "Dhool Maati", (unreleased). In 2006 I wrote a
Qawwali in a in a film made in Kuwait, named "Kahin na Kahin
Milenge". My ghazals Book "Ratjagon se Khwaab tak" is published
in 2012. From about six years I started working with some translation agencies
and translated many books and documents in Hindi and Urdu. As I have equal
command on Hindi and Urdu and I am a writer myself, it is a fun for me to
translate books. I am a member of Film Writers Association. In 2019 wrote
lyrics for Zee Rishtey Award Nominations Episode-Qawwali show. In the same year
I wrote lyrics for film "Mar Jaavaan" and for Doordarshan’s National
Channel’s show "2020 Rocks" Qawwali section.
