Translation - English 3-dimensional cardiac ultrasound -- By utilizing image processing technique in cardiac segmentation, the computed reconstruction technique is able to segment the heart into 3D anatomic positions as well as diagnose abnormal structural valves that we are interested in. The processed images are highly similar to the surgically opened heart, therefore, they can serve as the best reference for pre-cardiac open surgery. Incorporating with 3D Doppler, this technique can further analyze the hemodynamic and pathophysiology, providing more related source for clinical treatment.
Cardiac ultrasound deformation analysis -- The deformation analysis has developed from post-processing structural Doppler speed into two-dimensional speck tracking. This can subjectively analyze the left ventricle integral function and partial malfunction, and widely used in myocardial ischemia, infraction, cardiomyopathy, myocardial function and early prediction of treatment response for the patients who received the cardiac resynchronization therapy.
