มาตรา 20 เพื่อปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจ ดังต่อไปนี้
(1) เข้าไปในศูนย์รับคืนซากผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือเข้าไปในยานพาหนะใดๆ ที่ใช้ขนส่งซากผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อตรวจสอบการดำเนินการในระหว่างเวลาพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นและพระอาทิตย์ตกหรือในระหว่างเวลาทำการเพื่อตรวจสอบและควบคุมให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
(2) ออกคำสั่งเป็นหนังสือเรียกผู้ผลิต ผู้จัดตั้งศูนย์รับคืนซากผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องมาให้ถ้อยคำหรือให้ส่งเอกสารหรือหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องมาเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา
ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตาม (1) ให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องอำนวยความสะดวกตามสมควร

Section 20 To ensure abidance by this Act, the Officials shall have the power to:
(1) Make entry into a Waste Returning Center, or into any vehicle which transports Waste, in order to check on its operation during the period from the rising to the setting of the sun or during the working hours to check and control to ensure abidance by this Act.
(2) Issue a written order to summon the manufacturer, organizer of Waste Returning Center and involving persons to give a statement or to submit relating documents or evidence to support the inquisition.
Involving persons shall facilitate the performing of duties under (1) as appropriate.
