Bio

After
completing my Bachelor's on Translation and Interpreting and my Master's on
Conference Interpreting, I've been working on those fields both as a freelancer
and as an in-house translator.

As a
freelance translator and interpreter, I've come to work on a vast variety of
texts and conferences. It has forced me to learn how to adapt to a new field for
every assignment while developing a professional relationship with a different
client every time.

Being an
in-house translator at a paper company later in my career allowed me to work in a team, which
brought new responsibilities like coordinating assignments with other
colleagues and taking over work at different stages. Every week brought a new project - a technical text about a piece of mechanical equipment, a Lean Manufacturing presentation, an EHS set of guidelines, a training course, an international visit... - making the year and a half I spent working there higly rewarding and valuable for my career.

Even though I've worked on a great variety of fields over the years, my translations have some things in common: attention to detail, quality and deadline compliance.
