Source text - Portuguese A Análise de Risco de Importação de camarões não viáveis foi executada no âmbito do art.80 do Decreto 5741 de 2006, que estabelece a análise de risco como o método básico na definição dos procedimentos de atenção à sanidade agropecuária, assim como a Instrução Normativa Nº 2 de 27 de setembro de 2018, que disciplina a análise de risco de importação de organismos aquáticos e seus derivados.
Durante todo o processo de análise de risco foram observadas as exigências definidas nos acordos internacionais aos quais o Brasil é signatário, em especial o Acordo sobre a aplicação de Medidas Sanitárias e Fitossanitárias – SPS, nesse sentido, destacamos que a metodologia utilizada seguiu o que determinam os manuais e guias internacionais, da mesma maneira que foram consideradas as melhores evidências científicas disponíveis.
Translation - English The Import Risk Analysis of non-viable shrimp was performed within the scope of article 80 of Decree 5741 of 2006, which establishes risk analysis as the basic method in the definition of agricultural and livestock health care procedures, as well as Normative Instruction No. 2 of September 27, 2018, which regulates the import risk analysis of aquatic organisms and their derivatives.
Throughout the risk analysis process, the requirements defined in the international agreements to which Brazil is a signatory were observed, the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures – SPS in particular, in this sense, we emphasize that the methodology used followed what is determined in the international manuals and guides, in addition, the best available scientific evidence were taken into account.
