Source text - Portuguese A casa, que antes era um espaço de outrem, vazio ou em construção, torna-se “a minha casa”, sendo nomeada pela possessão da sua territorialidade. O indivíduo ganha um endereço, um lugar para se estabelecer e viver a sua intimidade. “A casa é o nosso canto do mundo. Ela é, como se diz amiúde, o nosso primeiro universo. É um verdadeiro cosmos.” (BACHELARD, 2008, p.24). É entre quatro paredes que muitas histórias se desenrolam e que avós e netos podem viver intensamente essa relação. Os momentos de guarda, as férias e as reuniões familiares normalmente acontecem no domicílio dos mais velhos; por isso, “[...] nas evocações dos adultos, a casa dos avós é sempre um rico lugar de memória.” (ATTIAS-DONFUT & SEGALEN, 2001). Um lugar que, ao ser fixado “[...] com as dimensões que ela teve para nós [enquanto crianças], causa espanto a redução que sofre quando vamos revê-la com os olhos de adulto.” (BOSI, 1994, p.435).
Translation - English The home, which previously belonged to someone else, was empty or under construction, becomes “my home”, a named territory that is someone’s possession. The individual acquires an address, a place to settle down and live privately. “The home is our corner of the world. It is, as it is often said, our first universe. It is a veritable cosmos.” (Bachelard, 2008, p.24). And it is between these four wall that many stories unfold and that grandparents and grandchildren can live this relationship to the full. The provision of care, holidays and family reunions normally take place in the home of the oldest members of the family; and thus “in the minds of adults, the grandparents’ house is always a place rich in memories.” (Attias-Donfut & Segalen, 2001). A place which, because it is fixed in our memories “as it appeared to us [when children], shocks us when see how it appears to have shrunk to our adult eyes.” (Bosi, 1994, p.435).

Source text - Portuguese Paciente do sexo feminino, 41 anos de idade, com peso inicial = 130 kg e IMC = 53,4 kg/m2, sem comorbidades. Submetida a BGYR, com anel, por videolaparoscopia. Alguns meses após a cirurgia evoluiu com episódios de vômitos, uma vez por dia, os quais pioravam principalmente em momentos de ansiedade e ingestão rápida de alimentos. Assim, passou a ingerir alimentos pastosos, preferencialmente. Quatro anos após a cirurgia, houve piora do quadro clínico, evoluindo com desnutrição e anemia, atingindo IMC = 15 kg/m2 e peso = 36 kg.
