Source text - English On the one hand, corporate profit and employment environment have improved in the domestic market during the first quarter cumulative period, on the other hand, the recovery of the personal consumption has been delayed. In addition, sense of caution with the overseas condition has been increasing and the future is unclear due to Europe’s financial uncertainty beginning with UK’s exit from EU and the slowing down of market in China and other Asian countries.
Under these economic circumstances, our group (our company and consolidated subsidiary) has increased order by strengthening sales system and expanded the market. As a result, the consolidated net sales of the first quarter cumulative period has increased ¥100 million compared to the same period last year (10% increase),and it had became ¥1.1 billion.

売主は製造工程や輸送過程の間に起こりうる不可抗力による輸送の遅れや引渡不履行によっては責任を負わない。売主は上記のようなことが発生した場合、迅速にそれが起こってから12日以内に買主に通知しなければならない。売主は郵便にて買主に事故の受理証明を送るようにする。しかしながら、このような状況下でも、売主は製品の引渡を早めるための全てのあらゆる方法をとる義務を負う。
Translation - English Force Majeure:
Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery or non-delivery due to force majeure that may occur during the manufacturing or the transportation process. Seller must promptly notify Buyer of any such occurrence within 12 days of it's occurring. Seller should send the buyer a certificate of notification of the accident by mail. However, even under these circumstances, Seller is obliged to take all measures to expedite the delivery of the product.
