Bio
After living abroad during my Masters in Business Administration and with over a decade of experience in different English-based professional projects, I feel excited and absolutely confident of my skills as a translator and an interpreter in order to meet - and maybe surpass - any expectation from my clients. My recent TOEFL iBT score of 107 is a good indicative of that, I believe.
Aside from being a translator and interpreter, I'm currently a university professor at Universidade de Fortaleza, teaching - both in English and Portuguese - courses in the Advertising and Public Relations graduation programs. Having this occupation, I'm constantly improving my knowledge on marketing, advertising and management related subjects.
My career expands well beyond academia, though. Over the years I've also participated in many different entrepreneurial initiatives, dealing with executives, advertisers, content creators, marketing professionals and many other types of bright, diverse and interesting individuals. I've even helped with founding a startup that is now one of the biggest companies in Latin America in its segment.
My experiences have helped me expand my horizons and have made me pursue a lifestyle more akin to a digital nomad type of person.
I find myself nowadays working tirelessly both in academia and in translation and interpretation jobs, looking for new and challenging projects with a burning desire to build a solid portfolio of satisfied agency and independent customers all around the world.
