في اللحظة التي تطابق فيها الشبه بين صورة جدّي أيام صباه، وصورة والدي، تملّكني الفزع، وصفعتني السنوات بشدة. قلبي الذي زرع الورد في بدايات حياته، بلا عطرٍ هو الآن، يشكو البرد والخوف من أن تكون الساعة أداة فقط لقياس الوقت المتبقي من العمر، وليس الذي فات منه. كيف مرت الأعوام دون أن أشعر بوالديْ يكبرُ أمامي؟ كيف لي أن لا أكون معه وفي نفس الوقت لست معي، كيف مرّ العُمر سريعا دون أن ألاحظ بروز التجاعيد أسفل عينيه وعلى صهوة جبينه؟ وكيف في ما مضى كنت أمسّد له بيدي على صلعته التي يغطيها بكوفية و"عِقال" دون أن أشعر بتشققات الزمن على فروة رأسه ؟
حينما تأملت تلك الصُور المُسجّاة أمامي على الجدار، تسرب إلى داخلي فزع من القادم، الذي أنتظره دون صبر، وأتابع تفاصيله البسيطة من حولي بعناية فائقة. جدي بملامحه الظاهرة في صورة قديمة، ووالدي بشكله الحالي في صورته المعلقة على الحائط المقابل لباب الغرفة/ غرفتي)، متشابهان كأنهما شخصٌ واحد، أو توأمٌ انقسم إلى اثنين، أحدهما يزين صورةً بالأبيض والأسود، وأخرى ملونةً. الصورة المعلقة على حائط غرفة جدتي في منزلنا في مخيم الفوار، هي الأكثر وضوحاً من الصور الأخرى، والأكثر قرباً لي ولشكل والدي الحالي، أظهرت الشبه الكبير بينهما لحظة أن غفلنا عن إيجاد التقارب في شكل الشارب الطويل المقوس، والتجويف المُحدب أسفل العينين، والشفاه البارزة الممتلئة، وتدويرة الوجه البيضاوية، والأنف الطويل كنخلةٍ وحيدةٍ تظلل سهلين ممتدين أتعبهما تكوم السنين على الأرصفة. اتضحت الرؤية لي بأن الوجوه لا فرق بينها وبين انطباعات الآخرين، كلاهما ثابت ويلتصق بالاسم حتى ممات صاحبه.

At that moment when the resemblance of a picture of my grandfather taken in his youth matched my father's picture, I was overtaken with fear and was shocked by memories. My heart, which used to bloom as roses in its early years, is now dry, cold and afraid to discover the fact that clock is a tool of measuring the time remaining in life, instead of what has been passed. How did the years pass without me feeling my father growing old right in front of my eyes? How did I not give him any attention while at the same time not giving an attention to myself? How did the time fly without noticing the wrinkles appear under his eyes and at the top of his forehead? And how did I stroke his bald head that he used to cover with his “Keffiyeh” (headdress made from a square scarf usually made of cotton) and "Agal" (a black cord worn around the headdress) without feeling cracks of time on his scalp?
While pondering this picture hanging on the wall in front of me, I was filled with anxiety for that I have been waiting eagerly for and following its small steps very carefully. My grandfather with his vivid face in the old picture and my father in his current presence in a picture of him hanging on the wall against the door of my room, share similar features as if they were one person, or identical twins, one in a black and white picture and the other in a colored one.
The picture hanging on the wall of my grandmother's room, is the clearer than all the other pictures in our house, which resides in the Fawwar refugee camp, and is my favorite and the closest to my father’s current appearance, as it showed the striking resemblance between father and grandfather the moment we failed to notice the resemblance in the shape of that long, curved mustache, convex socket under the eyes, the full lips, the oval face, and the long nose as a single palm shading two plains along, tired of the passing years. It became clear to me how everyone's face and impression is similar; both are fixed and attached to the name of their owner till the grave.

بلغ حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 14 اكتوبر إلى 18 اكتوبر 335 مليونا و 370 ألفا و 949 ريالا قطريا .
وذكرت النشرة الأسبوعية الصادرة عن الإدارة أن قائمة العقارات المتداولة بالبيع شملت أراضي فضاء ومساكن وعمارات سكنية وأراضي فضاء متعددة الاستخدام ومجمع تجاري.
وتركزت عمليات البيع في بلديات الريان والدوحة والظعاين والوكرة وأم صلال والخور والذخيرة والشمال .

بلغ عدد المعاملات المنجزة بوزارة العدل خلال الأسبوع الثالث من شهر اكتوبر (2163) معاملة موزعة بين معاملات التسجيل العقاري والتوثيق. و كشف حجم المعاملات المنفذة بالمراكز الخدمية الخارجية للوزارة خلال الفترة من 14/10/2018 إلى 18/10/2018 عن تقديم وإنهاء عدد من المعاملات المقدمة إلكترونيا .
وتوزعت معاملات التسجيل العقاري بين مختلف معاملات الخدمات المقدمة للجمهور منها (138) معاملات نقل ملكية، و (60) معاملة تغيير عقار، و (70) معاملة قيد وحجز، و (23) معاملة فك قيد وفك حجز، و (138) معاملة تخص معاملات الخدمات و (32) معاملة تخص معاملات التصحيح والتعديل، ليبلغ بذلك إجمالي معاملات التسجيل العقاري المقدمة خلال الأسبوع (461) معاملة.
فيما توزعت معاملات التوثيق بين (1517) معاملة تخص مختلف معاملات التوثيقات، وعدد (2) معاملات إثبات تاريخ، وعدد (70) معاملة تصديق على التوقيع، و عدد (37) معاملة إلغاء توكيل، ليبلغ بذلك إجمالي مجموع معاملات التوثيق خلال الأسبوع (1626) معاملة.
Translation - Arabic More than QR 335 m, Real Estate Trading Volume This Week
The volume of real estate transactions in the sales contracts registered with the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from 14 October to 18 October amounted to 335 million, 370 thousand and 949 Qatari riyals.
According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Department, the list of real estate sold included land, housing, residential buildings, multi-use building and a commercial complex.
Sales transactions were mainly executed in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Al Wakra, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Thakhira and Al Shamal.

MoJ Completed 2163 Transactions in Third Week of October
The number of transactions executed by Ministry of Justice during the third week of October amounted to (2163) real estate registration and authentication transactions. The volume of transactions executed at the Ministry's external service centers during the period from 14/10/2018 to 18/10/2018 shows that many transactions with the Ministry are submitted and completed electronically.
Real estate registration transactions were completed under various services provided to the public, including (138) title transfer transactions, (60) real estate change transactions, (70) attachment and seizure transactions, and (23) transactions for attachment and seizure revocation, (138) service-related transactions and (32) transactions related to correction and modifications, bringing the total real estate registration transactions submitted during the week to (461) transactions.
Regarding the authentication transactions, they included (1517) different authentication-related transactions, (2) proof of date transactions, (70) attestation transactions, (37) power of attorney revocation transactions, which makes a total of (1626) authentication transactions within a week.
