Born and raised in France, I've always considered an international career. 
After a Master's  degree in Applied Foreign Languages in English and Italian, with a specialization in Business and 2 six-month Erasmus stays, in Bologna (It) and Coventry (Eng), I started working as an Import-Export assistant for an oil company. This position allowed me to have daily contacts in English and Italian with suppliers and staff working in the different subsidiaries.
I then decided to specialize in Purchasing with a Master's degree in Purchasing Management, and started working as a Purchaser for a Telecommunications operator, in Guadeloupe (French West Indies). Here again I had to deal with contracts and various documents written in English.

It's in 2009, when I moved to Jersey (CI), that I decided to dedicate myself to what I really like: Languages.

Since then, I am a full-time freelance Translator/Proofreader (English/Italian-French).
I have excellent interpersonal skills and I love working closely with my clients. I offer you a real partnership where I listen closely to understand your specific needs and constraints.
I like working independently but I can also very easily join and work with a team.
I have strong writing skills and I am very attentive to detail.

In 2020, after 11 years living in English-speaking countries (Jersey and Barbados), I relocated to France.

I am passionate about health and wellness: yoga, aromatherapy, ayurveda, naturopathy, meditation, fitness, nutrition.

I love traveling. I did several road trips in Western USA and Europe.
I am an avid reader (thrillers, comedies, self-development, etc.)
