Translation - Thai 1.7 The reason we need to apply for retail business license for welding fixture, inspection gauge and container together with the mold is based on the auto part‘s production process. For metal stamped parts, one finished part might be made from several pieces of metal parts which are different in size and shapes. These metal pieces are produced from various die molds which was installed in press machine to produce several kind of metal pieces in various size and shape. For example one car center pillar of Nissan might be compound from 30 pieces of metal pieces which were made from different 30 molds. Then these 30 pieces will be welded and assembled together with Nissan’s custom made welding fixtures. The reason it was designed as a custom made welding fixture because it is specifically made for assembling and welding of the said center pillar of Nissan only and can’t be used to assemble and weld other auto parts. Then there will be quality check using the custom made inspection gauge.
Finally finished part will be stored in the custom made containers and shipped to carmaker. These container can’t be used for containing other products or for other carmakers at all as it was specially designed for containing specific auto parts of each carmaker only and it can be returned to the mold manufacturer to use in the next delivery, therefore carmaker wishes to hold ownership of these containers too.
