Le présent document contient des recommandations d’installation pour l’équipement Fastnet VHF. L’utilisation des stations et des radios portables PR4G Fastnet, et plus particulièrement l’installation de stations dans des véhicules, doit prendre en compte plusieurs aspects, tant mécaniques qu’électriques, afin de préserver les performances intrinsèques des équipements, mais également leur cohabitation avec le véhicule et son propre équipement. Le chapitre 2 récapitule l’ensemble des produits de la gamme PR4G et présente, sous forme de schémas, les différentes possibilités d’interconnexion. Le chapitre 3 détaille tous les aspects de la compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) qu’il est absolument nécessaire de respecter dans une installation pour obtenir de bonnes transmissions radio (portée maximale et bonne qualité). Il est à noter que ces aspects concernent des contraintes radioélectriques générales et physiques applicables à toute radio.
