Source text - English In April 2019, Valve announced The Dota Pro Circuit 2019-20.[1]. Starting in Fall 2019, Valve will determine the format for both majors and minors, as well as qualifiers. In this year, teams can drop players up until the beginning of the final Minor. At that point teams can no longer release players from their roster. However, teams can still add players if they don't have a full set of 5 up until 12PM PST the day after the last Major concludes, at which point all teams will be considered locked and TI Invites will occur. The top 8 teams with the most DPC points from each region that didn't get invited to The International and have a full roster in the DPC site will be invited to the Regional Qualifiers.

Translation - Indonesian Pada April 2019, Valve mengumumkan The Dota Pro Circuit 2019-20. Dimulai dari musim gugur 2019, Valve akan menentukan format untuk major dan minor serta babak kualifikasi. Di tahun ini tim dapat melepas pemain sampai awal minor terakhir. Sampai disitu, tim tidak dapat lagi melepas pemain dari line-up mereka. Namun tim masih bisa menambah pemain jika anggota mereka belum berjumlah 5 orang sampai pukul 12PM PST (3:00 WIB) sehari setelah Major terakhir selesai, dimana tim akan dianggap fix dan undangan TI segera dimulai. 8 tim teratas dengan DPC (Dota Pro Circuit) poin terbanyak dari setiap wilayah yang tidak mendapat undangan dan rosternya telah lengkap dan terdaftar di DPC site akan diundang ke Regional Qualifier (Babak Kualifikasi Wilayah).
