Source text - Indonesian Abstract Konseptual penelitian ini meneliti tentang bagaimana membangun kinerja berkesinambungan para pelaku industri bordir dengan memanfaatkan kualitas jejaring dan pembangunan budaya sharing pengetahuan dalam memahami peluang dan tantangan era discruptive. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 Industri Bordir di Kabupeten Tasikmalaya. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan ketentuan industri bordir yang berdiri lebih dari 10 tahun. Pengambilan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengukuran interval dengan ketentuan 1 s/d 5. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan the Structural Equation Model (SEM) dari paket software AMOS 16.0 dalam model dan pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang berpotensi mempengaruhi sustainable performance melalui network quality dan Donating knowledge culture pada Industri Bordir di Kabupeten Tasik. Penelitian ini belum mempertimbangkan factor kualitas SDM yang dimungkinkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja pada pencapaian sustainable performance. Penambahan factor worklife quality dan innovativeness dapat dipertimbangkan untuk mewarnai penelitian selanjutnya.	Translation - English Abstract This conceptual research examines how to build sustainable performance of the embroidery industry players by utilizing the quality of networking and building knowledge sharing culture in understanding the opportunities and challenges of the disruptive era. The sample in this research was 115 embroidery industries in Tasikmalaya Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the provisions of embroidery industries that have been established for more than 10 years. The data retrieval was obtained through questionnaire by using interval measurement which range from 1 to 5. The data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of the AMOS 16.0 software package in the model and hypothesis testing. This research is expected to be able to provide better insights about potential factors that influence sustainable performance through network quality and Donating knowledge culture in Embroidery Industries in Tasik Regency. This research has not considered the human resource quality factor that can possibly improve the performance in achieving sustainable performance. Additional factors such as work life quality and innovativeness are considerable to fulfill further research.
