Born in the USA to a bi-lingual family, I grew up speaking English and Ukrainian natively. I began my studies in International Relations and put it into practice while working for AID Ukraine particularly during the first local, Parliamentary, and Presidential elections. While living for Ukraine I also worked as an interpreter and translator for the Academy of Sciences and for the White House Staff and Press Secretary during Clinton's visit to Ukraine. I began my studies in International Studies, however, switched to more grassroots work and completed my B.A. in Public Relations / Marketing Communications. I then received a M.A. in Education and talk bilingual, ESL and Monolingual classes in primarily Spanish neighborhoods in the Bronx. My Education degree has taken me to the Middle East where I lived in the UAE and currently to Vietnam. |
