The insulated external air supply and return ducts are at the opposite sides of the curing area assuring even air flow and heat distribution.The number of distribution ducts across the length of the chamber and the number of nozzles per duct varies according to the

A thermostat is located in the distribution manifold. Once the desired curing temperature is reached, the heater switches off. It turns on again to maintain temperature when fresh concrete products are introduced.The circulation ventilator operates continuously throughout operation to maintain even temperature.

Source text - English Hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) is a promising technology for the production of renewable fuels and carbon-based chemicals from waste biomass, with numerous companies around the world exploring the opportunities to commercialize such process. Although HTL has been extensively studied for a vast range of sustainable feedstocks in recent years, no researchers so far have factored in the value of sustainable source of salt-free water for this process. Salts, such as sodium chloride, must be eliminated from water for HTL because they are corrosive towards the stainless-steel reactor, especially at high temperatures.
