Source text - English The Employer submits this application to correct and/or determine issues in relation to the Tribunal's Final Award dated 9 May 2019 (the "Award").
Article 35(1) and (2) of the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration (the "ICC Rules") provides that:
"1-On its own initiative, the arbitral tribunal may correct a clerical, computational or typographical error, or any errors of similar nature contained in an award, provided such correction is submitted for approval to the Court within 30 days of the date of such award.
1- Any application for a party for the correction of an error of the kind referred to in Article 35(1), or for the interpretation of an award, must be made to the Secretariat within 30 days of the receipt of the award by such party, in a number of copies as stated in Article 3(1). After transmittal of application to the arbitral tribunal, the latter shall grant the other party a short time limit, normally not exceeding 30 days, from the receipt of the application by that party, to submit any comments thereon. The arbitral tribunal shall submit its decision on the application in draft form to the Court not later than 30 days following the expiration of the time limit for the receipt of any comments from the other party or within such other period as the Court may decide."

1- يقدم صاحب العمل هذا الطلب لتصحيح و/أو إعطاء القرار في المسائل المتعلقة بحكم التحكيم النهائي الصادر من هيئة التحكيم بتاريخ 9 مايو 2019 ("الحكم").
2- تنص المادة 35(1) و (2) من قواعد تحكيم غرفة التجارة الدولية ("قواعد غرفة التجارة الدولية") على ما يلي:
1) " بمبادرتها الخاصة، يجوز لهيئة التحكيم أن تصحح خطأً كتابياً أو حسابياً أو مطبعياً، أو أي خطأ آخر من نفس الطبيعة موجود في الحكم، شرط أن يتم تقديم ذلك التصحيح إلى المحكمة للموافقة عليه خلال 30 يوم من تاريخ ذلك الحكم.
2) أي طلب من أي طرف من الأطراف لتصحيح خطأ من هذا النوع والمشار إليه في المادة 35(1) أو لتفسير الحكم يجب أن يُقدم إلى أمانة الهيئة خلال 30 يوم من تاريخ استلام الحكم من قبل ذلك الطرف مع عدد من النسخ حسب المنصوص عليه في الماده 3(1). بعد تقديم الطلب لهيئة التحكيم تمنح هيئة التحكيم الطرف الآخر مدة زمنية قصيرة محددة لا تزيد عادةً عن 30 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب من قبل ذلك الطرف، وذلك من أجل تقديم أية ملاحظات عليه. تُصدر هيئة التحكيم قرارها بشأن الطلب على شكل مسودة إلى المحكمة خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يوم من تاريخ انتهاء الوقت المحدد لاستلام أية ملاحظات من الطرف الآخر أو خلال مدة زمنية أخرى قد تحددها المحكمة ".
