Source text - English Burn-in is a phenomenon that residual images are displayed on the screen due to deteriorated image display functionality and this is often found in OLED TV.
This will occur on TV screens that have displayed the same scene or fixed images for long periods of time, even when TV is turned off.
OLED displays utilize three fluorescent, organic compounds – red (R), green (G) and blue (B) – and feature a self-light-emitting functionality.
Of these three primary light-emitting colors, red and green have a relatively stable lifespan, whereas the blue pixel will show deviation – it is fairly vulnerable to light and heat and reflect a shorter lifespan, leaving it unable to express whites on screen.
