Bio

Hamza Ethelb graduated from University of
Tripoli in 2006. He obtained his master's degree from Heriot Watt University,
Edinburgh, in 2011 with a concentration in Computer-Assisted Translation Tools.
He has recently received his PhD in Translation Studies from the University of
Glasgow. His research interests are translation teaching, translation
profession, media, and news translation.

Dr. Ethelb is a pofessional translator. He has been doing various translations for over 8 years. He worked as a freelancer for a number of local anf international companies working in Libya. He co-authroed the book: The Translator at work: A Practical Guide - Arabic-English-Arabic. He also published a number of articles in the field of translation:
