Source text - Japanese "母動物体重をFig.1~3に示した。DT-5061では、最高用量群(NET250+EE17.5μg/㎏)、において帝王切開群および自然分娩群ともに、体重の増加仰制がみられ、帝王切開群では妊娠10~20日の体重に、自然分娩群では妊娠15日および分娩後4日の体重にそれぞれ有意な低下が認められた。
Translation - English "Weight of dams was shown in Fig.1 ~ 3.
As for dams receiving DT-5061 of the highest dose (NET 250 + EE 1 7.5 μg/kg), body weight gain was observed in both the caesarean section group and the natural birth delivery group. Dams of caesarean section group showed significant reduction in weight in the period between 10th and 20th day of gestation while those of natural birth delivery group showed significant reduction in weight on 15th day of gestation and 4 days after birth delivery.
As for animals receiving DT-5062(1/35) of the highest dose (NET 500 + EE 1 7.5 μg / kg),
body weight gain was observed in both the cesarean section group and the natural birth delivery group. Animals of cesarean section group showed significant reduction in weight in the period between 10th and 20th day of gestation while those of natural birth delivery group showed significant reduction in weight from 14th to 16th day of gestation.
Food intake was shown in Fig.4 ~ 6.
As for dams receiving DT-5061 of the highest dose (NET 250+ EE 1 7.5 μg/kg), reduction in food intake was observed in both the caesarean section group and the natural birth delivery group. Dams of caesarean section group showed significant reduction in food intake from 8th to 16th day of gestation while those of natural birth delivery group showed significant reduction in food intake on 8th,10th, 12th and 13th day of gestation. In addition, dams receiving DT-5061 of the intermediate dose (NET 25+ EE 1 .75 μg/kg) showed significant reduction in food intake on 8th day of gestation.
