Born in Brazil and having moved to the U.S. at a young age, I grew up speaking both Portuguese and English natively. I later moved back to Brazil for 4 years and have since returned to the U.S., where I graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. I first provided translation services to my local Brazilian community during college, mostly translating informational books for churches. I was also the website copywriter for a brazil-based mentorship program. My most substantial work was with the Consulate General of Brazil, where I provided translation, interpretation, and copywriting services for many projects involving the local Brazilian community. I am currently a Paralegal for a corporate immigration law firm where my bilingual skills are also warranted from time to time. My main areas of specialty include law, religion, and government and non-government organizations. However, being native in both English and Portuguese, I am open to translate a wide range of materials. Please let me know what your needs are and I will do my best to meet them! |
