Source text - English Os voluntários eles podem ter um período dentro do seu expediente para executar as atividades, principalmente aqueles voluntários que estão vinculados aos grupos de voluntariado, as lideranças responsáveis por executar as ações. Então eles têm aí, conforme o combinado com os gestores, até 3 horas semanais para poder utilizar em momentos de planejamento, preparação de ação e mobilização dos demais funcionários. Mas é evidente que as ações gastam muito mais do que 3 horas. Então a pessoa doa também o seu tempo livre. E aí esse é de fato o grande apelo de ser voluntariado.
Translation - Portuguese Volunteers can have a period in their shifts to perform the activities, especially those who are linked to volunteering groups, the leaderships responsible for performing the actions. So they have every week, in accordance with the agreement with the managers, till 3 hours they can use to plan, prepare actions and mobilize other employees. But it's clear that they spend far more than 3 hours. So the person also donates spare time. And this is the great appeal of being a volunteer.

Source text - English I'm reading all of Jane Austen, so not really time to read anything else.
So these are the books I'm hoping to get to in December.
I am actually on track with my 50 book challenge, which is a miracle and never really happens.
I have big plans for next year. I want to fit in a lot more reading now that I'm freelance,
so I'll talk more about that at the end of the year.
Let's start with this one. It is called 'The Familiars'. Out in February.
It's a book about midwives, about witch hunts.
And if you know me, you know that that's right up my street.
I've read quite a few children's books, some YA books that kind of cover those topic.
Keen to try out some adult literature that features the same themes.

Hello! I am an undergraduate Languages Portuguese/English student. My native language is Brazilian Portuguese, but I am also proficient in English. I studied it for 7 years in a language school. Then, I had the opportunity to study in ILSC - an English school in Vancouver, British Columbia - for a short period. It was an enriching experience. And now I am following the translation path professionally.
Presently, I study at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and have engaged myself in translation projects at the University. I am a regular member of LETRARE, a translation group of studies.
