I am an accomplished localization project manager and translator seeking new opportunities. My past roles in localization have made me an expert in translation projects management and process improvements.

I thrive in face-to-face roles and building strong relationships with customers and vendors. I love having the opportunity to connect with people all over the world and help them find success with their projects.

One of my proudest moments took place while I was working for Smartling. I worked closely with a my client, a large telehealth company, to launch their application and website in Europe for the first time. The scope included 2.5 million words into 4 languages.

I put together a team of freelance translators, DTP vendors and in-market SMEs to take on the large workload, and organized a project framework to ensure that all content was delivered on time and the budget was respected. The project ended up being a huge success, with the client's app and website launching to thousands of European users.

I became the go-to translation SME for the end client and saw their monthly spend with Smartling increase by 500% as a result of the excellent service provided.
