Клінічні характеристики.
Показання.
Неходжкінські лімфоми (NНL).
Рецидивуючі або резистентні до хіміотерапії В-клітинні, СD20-позитивні неходжкінські лімфоми низького ступеня злоякісності або фолікулярні СD20-позитивні дифузні В-великоклітинні неходжкінські лімфоми в комбінації з хіміотерапією за схемою СHОР.
Фолікулярні лімфоми III-ІV стадії, які є стійкими до хіміотерапії або мають рецидив після хіміотерапії.
Раніше не ліковані фолікулярні лімфоми III-IV стадії у комбінації з СVР-хіміотерапією.
Підтримуюча терапія рецидивної/резистентної фолікулярної лімфоми, яка реагує на індукційну терапію з хіміотерапією з/або без ритуксимабу.
Протипоказання.
Гіперчутливість до активної субстанції або до будь-якого наповнювача, або до мишачих білків. Активні гострі інфекції; тяжка серцева недостатність.

Pharmacotherapeutic group. Antineoplastic agents.

Clinical particulars.
Indications.
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NНL).
Recurrent or chemotherapy-resistant B-cell, CD20-positive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of low degree of malignancy or follicular CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in combination with chemotherapy scheme CHOP.
Follicular lymphomas of stage III-IV, resistant to chemotherapy or have a relapse after chemotherapy.
Previously untreated follicular lymphoma of stage III-IV in combination with CVP-chemotherapy.
Maintenance treatment of recurrent/resistant follicular lymphoma which responds to induction therapy with chemotherapy with/ or without rituximab.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any filler, or to murine proteins.
Active acute infections; severe heart failure.
