Overview and Product Definition
Family Shield is a low premium high risk cover Term (*) plan, which offers customer the benefit of (*) coverage, in addition to critical illness & disability coverage. The product is designed for customer who generally only required (*) coverage by paying small premium.
This is not an investment plan & all premiums paid by customer towards the policy are utilized to provide the (*) coverage as long as the plan is active.
(*) does not own this product and is only a distributor against commission.
Purpose
This document describes the detail roles and responsibilities of the departments involved in the smooth functioning and the end to end process of issuance and related activities as mentioned in the SOP.
The below mentioned teams will be primarily interacting with each other from Sales generation to Policy issuance to ensure the success of the Family Shield (*) Plan.
(*) CHILD SAVINGS PLAN
(*) Child Education Plan is a unit linked savings plans which provides potentially higher returns over the long term by investing in unit-linked funds. The product offers choice of Sharia compliant investment funds with access to global and emerging markets.
