SUMMARY
English had been the main language in communication and documentation during my 20 years of tenure at PT IBM Indonesia and Geodis Supply Chain Optimisation (GSCO). All those years, I have gained many experiences in contract reviews, regulation reviews, process reviews, audit and compliance reviews, multiple vendor reviews, performance reviews and business case reviews. During my leisure times, I love to read novels especially English novels.

1. PT IBM INDONESIA (2012 - 2016)
OPERATION MANAGER, TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES
PT IBM Indonesia is a leading IT company based in the United States. I was responsible to ensure all operations related to IBM Maintenance Services were run smoothly and comply with audit requirements.
2. GEODIS SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMISATION (GSCO) (2008 - 2012)
NATIONAL TEAM LEADER
GSCO is a French based company who have acquired Distribution Division of IBM to becoming IBM’s 4th PL in 2008. As the National Team Leader, I managed multiple logistics vendors in supporting PT IBM Indonesia handling its distribution matters throughout Indonesia starting from vendor selection, warehousing, importation, exportation, local deliveries, maintaining spare parts availability level and also involving in vendor’s human resource related matters
3. PT IBM INDONESIA (2000 - 2008)
PARTS ANALYST – PARTS OPERATION TEAM LEADER, TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES
I was responsible in providing spare parts services supporting maintenance of IBM machines throughout Indonesia from analyzing the needs, coordinating with sources all around the world, managing the distribution from importation to local deliveries within 2 hours in the city areas and all were done by ensuring all processes and procedures were in placed and actioned accordingly
4. PT IBM INDONESIA (1996 - 2000)

I handled orders acquired by Sales team from placing the request to plants, monitoring the deliveries, booking the revenue and ensuring timely payments from customers
