Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Bei dem Produkt handelt es sich um eine hydraulische Komponente.
Das Gerät ist ein optischer Partikelmonitor, der zur Überwachung der Reinheit von Fluiden eingesetzt wird. Er arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der Lichtextinktion (Abschwächung einer Strahlung) und misst Partikel im Fluid.

Die gemessenen Werte werden in standardisierte Reinheitsklassen umgerechnet und auf dem Display angezeigt. Über unterschiedliche Schnittstelle können die Messdaten ausgelesen und übertragen werden.

Der Anschluss an das Fluid-führende System erfolgt über zwei Minimess©-Anschlüsse M16x2.

Sie dürfen das Produkt wie folgt einsetzen:

› Trendanalyse des Verschmutzungsgrades

Das Produkt ist nur für die professionelle Verwendung und nicht für die private Verwendung bestimmt.

Os valores medidos são convertidos em classes de pureza padronizadas e exibidos no monitor. Os dados medidos podem ser lidos e transmitidos através de interfaces diferentes.

A conexão ao sistema de transporte de fluido é feita através de duas ligações M16x2 de Minimess©.

Benefícios fiscais atraíram mais dez mil estrangeiros em 2016

Número subiu 44% e já não são só reformados que têm isenção total de IRS. Há mais jovens a pedir o estatuto de residente não habitual

Em apenas um ano, o universo de estrangeiros a quem foi concedido o estatuto de residente não habitual (RNH) aumentou 44% - passou de 7414 em 2015 para 10 684 no final do ano passado. Em ritmo crescente tem também estado o número de pedidos de adesão a este regime criado em 2009, que permite a profissionais ligados a atividades de elevado valor acrescentado pagar uma taxa reduzida de 20% de IRS ou, no caso dos reformados, gozar de isenção total do imposto.
Depois de uns anos a viver na Suíça, Pierre e Margot, um casal de franceses, decidiram mudar-se para Portugal. Compraram uma casa no Chiado (Lisboa) e pediram para aderir ao regime de residente não habitual. Por serem reformados (…) vão poder beneficiar do acordo de dupla tributação entre Portugal e França e ao mesmo tempo do regime que Portugal criou para os estrangeiros que se mudem para cá ou para os expatriados. O mesmo é dizer que, se nada for alterado, podem contar com dez anos sem pagar IRS sobre as suas pensões.
À semelhança do que sucede na maioria dos outros países europeus, Portugal tem também um sistema de incentivos fiscais para atrair profissionais de atividades de elevado valor ou pessoas com elevado património. O regime de RNH foi criado em 2009 e ficou disponível em 2010, tendo sido alterado em 2013. Esta mudança deu-lhe novo fôlego porque veio clarificar de uma vez por todas que no caso de reformados há lugar a isenção de IRS quando as pensões não são pagas pelo Estado português ou quando estas são tributadas no Estado de origem (de acordo com o previsto dos acordos de dupla tributação). Ora, por regra, estes acordos concedem ao país de residência o direito de tributar. E é aqui que o RNH entra em campo, ao prever a aplicação da isenção.
Quem acompanhou a chegada do casal de franceses admite que o regime de residentes não habituais foi importante para que trocassem a Suíça (onde também beneficiaram de um regime semelhante ao nosso) por Portugal. Mas não foi o único motivo. "As pessoas vêm também porque gostam do país, do clima, do preço das casas, do custo de vida", afirma o britânico Dennis Greene, responsável pela consultora Eurofinesco e que reside há vários anos em Portugal.
Dennis Greene tem assistido à chegada de muitos reformados de vários países do Norte da Europa, mas assinala que nos últimos tempos há um cada vez maior número de pedidos de adesão ao estatuto de RNH por parte de jovens. "Há dois tipos de interessados: os reformados, que vêm para umas férias fiscais de dez anos, e jovens, que gostam do regime fiscal, mas que também querem mudar-se para cá, sobretudo para Lisboa, porque veem Portugal como um novo Silicon Valley." In just one year, the universe of foreigners to whom was granted the non-ordinarily resident regime (NOR) increased 44% - it has escalated from 7414 in 2015 to 10 684 by the end of last year. At increasing pace it has also been the number of applications for adherence to this regime, created in 2009, that allows professionals engaged in high added value activities to pay a reduced tax of 20% of IRS or, in the case of pensioners, to enjoy full exemption of tax.
After a few years living in Switzerland, Pierre and Margot, a French couple, decided to move to Portugal. They bought a house in Chiado (Lisbon) and applied to join the non-ordinarily resident regime. Because they are both retirees ... they will be able to benefit from the double taxation agreement between Portugal and France and at the same time, they will also benefit from the regime that Portugal created for the foreigners or expatriated ones who move here.
