Це є дуже високий тиск в судинах легень, через те, що судини звужуться, майже зростаються і кров погано по них циркулює. Йде навантаження на серце. Правий шлуночок серця розширюється і якщо не лікуватися тривалість життя буквально 3-5 років. Тому що серце не витримує такого навантаження.
Кор. з/к: Важка хатня робота, каже Вікторія, зараз їй не під силу. Адже через недостатнє насичення крові киснем постійними супутниками хвороби є слабкість і зАдишка. Від найменшого навантаження можна навіть втратити свідомість.

Постійний контроль за собою. Тобто на дворі я гуляю помаленько, не довго. З двома дітьми дуже відпочивати все одно не вдається, адже чоловік на роботі, бо треба заробляти гроші. І трошки тяжко, бо здалась би якась допомога. Бо менша шустра, деколи побіжить надворі. Деколи така трохи нечемна. (сміх залишити!!!)

Ця хвороба більш характерна для жінок молодого та середнього віку. Чоловіків ця недуга рідше вражає. Якісь теж є генетичні моменти. (4:34-4:48) Проблема в тому, що багато пацієнтів не знає про свій діагноз або лікуються не від тої хвороби. А частина, яка знає діагноз і знає як лікуватись, немає можливості цього робити через дуже дорогі ліки.
Кор. з/к: Препарати, які лише покращують якість життя, виготовляють за кордоном. І коштують вони відповідно. Тільки за найнеобхідніший «ВентАвіс» треба викласти від дев’ятнадцяти до двадцяти двох тисяч гривень. А мінімальний місячний комплект ліків обійдеться хворому щонайменше у сорок тисяч гривень. При постіному прийомі ліків людина може прожити до глибокої старості. Але така сума коштів для пересічної української сім’ї є непідйомною, тому і доводиться хворим використовувати дешевші замінники, які мають багато побічних ефектів.

Ліки, які офіційно сертифіковані для легеневої гіпертензії – це одне діло. А коли ти сама купуєш ліки, які не є сертифікованими, то на свій ризик і страх. Ці замінники називаються дженериками седанафілу. Вони є дешевшими але купуємо ми їх через безвихідь. Можливо вони шкодять іншим органам але ефект свій вони дають – розширюють судини легень.
Кор. з/к: Щоб допомогти хворим із закупівлею медикаметів більш ніж півроку у Львові проводять акцію «Корок життя». Суть акції полягає у зборі пластикових корків, які в подальшому здають на переробку, а за вилучені кошти купують необхідні ліки для людей, хворих на легеневу гіпертензію. Ініціював акцію благодійний фонд «Сестри Даліли». Його засновниця Оксана Куліш, теж хворіє на цю рідкісну недугу.

Або в інтернат №2. Це є вулиця Просвіти.

This is very high pressure in the blood vessels of lungs because they get thinner almost become one so that blood hardly flows through. The heart is overloaded. The right heart ventricle expands and if not treated the life expectancy is only 3-5 years. The heart can’t bare such load.
Journalist [behind the camera]: Hard household work is too hard for Victoria now because of insufficient blood saturation with oxygen the constant companions of the disease are weakness and dyspnea. You can lose consciousness even from the smallest loading.

I have to control myself all the time, I mean I go out for a walk slowly, not for long. With two kids I can’t enough have rest anyways as long as husband is at work because we need to make money somehow. It’s a bit hard, I’d like some help. The smaller girl is more active sometimes she can run in the street. Sometime she’s so naughty (leave the laughter!!!)
Journalist [behind the camera]: So far there’s no therapy in the world that could cure this disease because the exact cause of it is still unknown. In Ukraine until recently not all the doctors knew about this disease.

This disease is more typical for young and middle aged women. Men get sick with it not so often. There are some genetic moments as well. (4:34-4:48) The problem is that many patients either don’t know their diagnosis or treat the wrong disease. And the other part knows the diagnosis and how to treat it, can’t do so because of very expensive medicines.
Journalist [behind the camera]: Medicines that improve the life are made abroad and cost respectively. Just the most needed “VentAvis” costs 19.000 to 22.000 uah. And minimal monthly medicines complex would cost at least 40.000 uah. When taking the medicines all the time a person can live to very old age. But such sum of money is too heavy for an average Ukrainian family so they have to use cheap substitutes that have a lot of side effects.

Officially certified medicines for pulmonary hypertension is one thing. But buying uncertified medicines is your own risk. These substitutes are called generics of Sildenafil. They are cheaper but we buy them of hopelessness. Maybe they harm other organs but they give the effect needed - widening lungs vessels.
Journalist [behind the camera]: To help the sick ones buying the medicines for more than half a year Lviv holds a campaign “Cap of Life” This campaign is about collecting plastic bottle caps to recycle and with the money received they buy the needed medicines for the people suffering from pulmonary hypertension. This campaign was initiated by “Dalila Sisters” fund. Its founder Oksana Kulish also suffers from this rare disease.

We have the points of collecting the caps. These are Lviv city administrations and all the city schools. We also know that in the offices or at homes they put the containers to collect as many caps as possible. They are brought every day to our office on Furmanska st., 5 or school nr. 2 on Prosvity st.
Journalist [behind the camera]: So far in Lviv there are 23 people with pulmonary hypertension. Alas, there are children among them as well. The Center of Social Services has joined collecting of the caps for everyone to have the chance for a long life.

We already have partners. There is Stryi in Lviv region that joined us, and recently Kyiv and Vinnytsia as well. There are also Polls, though they collect the caps for their own needs but they are ready to pass them here understanding that our conditions especially of the sick ones are much worse.

Це роздуми над питанням: яке суспільство, гіпотетично, може побудувати штучний інтелект, в майбутньому. Будучи створений, не досконалим людством, мимоволі за власними образом і подобою... Чи не має загрози, що майбутній соціум покликаний стати досконало - раціональним, - не успадкує... звичайних людських гріхів? Як наслідок, сучасний термін ''Кібер злочинність'', отримає новий розвиток, значення, з'явиться цілий кібернетичний злочинний світ машин.... із своїми гріхами і культурою, звичаями, уявленнями про естетику, навіть мистецтвом?....запозиченим, мабуть з історії творців вище згаданого штучного інтелекту. Яке місце візуального мистецтва у цій вже антиутопії?
Татуйовані роботи, і роботесси різних соціальних прошарків, різного кримінального призначення, расової приналежності. Високі технології завтрашнього дня помножені на кольорову татуйовану естетику, наприклад Якудзи, а також дещо видозмінені (частково адаптовані до цензури, прикрашені) татуювання європейських, пост радянських, американських, та інших злочинних угруповань... А яка наша роль в цьому процесі? Чи є місце нам у завтрашньому дні?
Реалізація:
1. Створюються об'ємно - просторові фігури ''роботів''. Розміри - в людський зріст. Кількість 3 - 4 шт. Роботи знаходяться за гратами.
2. Грати (зварені з арматури) розділяють простір між нами і ними. Ще не відомо хто відносно кого ув'язнений.
3.Стіни експозиційного простору: імітується відділок поліції, або іншої подібної громадської установи.
Організм людини не є досконалим, він вразливий для різних чинників навколишнього середовища, крім того він може бути не таким естетичним, як би нам хотілося.... Всюдисуща мода на все нове, оригінальне, повсякчасне вдосконалення, прискорення темпів життя,... хірургія як мистецтво змінити, виправити себе, або навіть цілий світ. Наскільки тонкою є межа між необхідною модифікації людського тіла, і злочинним медичним абсурдом?
Реалізація: створення об'ємно просторових об'єктів, що імітують квазі модифікованих людей (в бинтах під'єднані до крапельниць), котрих проти їхньої волі, або навіть за їхньою згодою вдосконалили згідно суб'єктивних ідей раціоналізму, еталонів краси.
Постаті розміщені у просторі, що імітує операційну, маніпуляційну або лікарняну палату. На стелі розташована операційна лампа. На стінах експонуються плакати на яких зображено процес модифікації, внутрішню будову "покращених" людських організмів.
Матеріали: пластикові манекени прикріплені до вище згаданих "імплантів". Конструкції обмотані бинтами зі слідами зеленки або йоду. "Імпланти" виготовлені із металевої сітки, пінопласту фанери, і монтажної піни. Забинтовані постаті під`єднані прозорими пластиковими трубками до лікарняних крапельниць.

This is reflecting on a question: which society, hypothetically, could construct AI (artificial intelligence) in the future. Being created by imperfect mankind unintentionally in the image and likeness of it... Isn't there a threat that the future society which is designed to become perfectly rational, won't inherit... usual human sins? As a result, modern term 'Cybercrime' will get new development and meaning. The entire cybernetic criminal world of machines will appear... with its sins and culture, customs, visions of aesthetics, even arts?... perhaps, borrowed from the history of creators of the AI mentioned above. What is the place of visual art in this already dystopia?
Tattooed robots and robetesses of different social layers, different criminal purpose, racial origins. High-tech of tomorrow multiplied by colored tattooed aesthetics, for example Yakuzas, along with somewhat modified (partly adapted to censor, decorated) tattoos of European, post-Soviet, American and other criminal organizations... And what is our role in this process? Is there a place for us in the tomorrow?
Implementation:
1. Dimensional figures of 'robots' are created. Sizes: human hight. Number: 3-4 pcs. The robots are behind the bars.
2. The nars (welded from armature) divide the space between us and them. It's not yet known who is imprisoned.
3. Walls of the exhibition space: police department or other similar public institution is imitated.
Materials of 'robots': weld-fabricated carcass of metal rod of different chopping using armor-clad metal net. Finished carcass is covered by foam rubber and in some places faux leather (skin-coloured). Plastic corrugated tubes etc. Imitation of the tattoos is made of coloured ballpoint pens on the faux leather. Some details are made from plywood and metal bonds. Coloured LEDs are inserted into the 'eyes' and are connected to a source of power.

Is human body a soul’s temple, a masterpiece... or a half-finished product that needs further modifications, upgrades, evolution in the right direction? Is the implementation of often fake ideas of the common good, temporary standards of beauty worth of human life and health depreciation?
Human organism isn't perfect, it's vulnerable to various factors of the environment, besides, it may be not so aesthetic as we would like it to be. The omnipresent fashion on everything new, original, constant improvement, acceleration of life pace... surgery as an art to change, fix yourself or even the whole world. How thin is this line between the necessary modification of human body and criminal medical absurdity?
Implementation: creation of dimensional objects that imitate quasi modified people (covered in bandages and attached to infusion drips) that were improved against their will or even by their agreement according to subjective ideas of rationalism, standards of beauty.
Figures placed in a space that imitates surgery, manipulative or hospital ward. On the ceiling there’s a surgical lamp. Posters showing the process of modification and inner structure of the 'improved' human organisms are exhibited on the walls.
Materials: plastic mannequins are fixed to the mentioned above 'implants'. Constructions are wrapped in bandages with traces of zelenka* or iodine. 'Implants' are made of metal net, foam plastic, plywood and assembly foam. Bandaged figures are attached by transparent plastic tubes to the hospital infusion drips.
*a green liquid used in some post-soviet countries for medical purposes and is similar to iodine
