Latar Belakang: Strategi penanggulangan HIV/AIDS dilaksanakan dengan memadukan upaya pencegahan, perawatan, dukungan serta pengobatan. Salah satu pengobatan yaitu dengan memberikan obat antiretroviral (ARV). Keberhasilan program terapi ARV bisa dicapai dengan diikuti kegiatan pemantauan berupa pemantauan klinis atau dengan pemantauan laboratorium dengan melihat jumlah CD4 dalam darah.
Tujuan: Mengetahui keberhasilan terapi ARV lini pertama ditinjau dari CD4 pada pasien HIV/AIDS di RSUD dr. Soedarso Pontianak tahun 2013-2015.
Metode:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif retrospektif yang menggunakan sampel adalah semua pasien yang mendapatkan terapi ARV lini pertama berdasarkan rekam medis di klinik Melati RSUD dr. Soedarso pada tahun 2013- 2015 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sebanyak 22 pasien (73,3%) termasuk dalam kategori berhasil dan 8 pasien (26,7%) masuk dalam kategori gagal. pasien terbanyak yang gagal dalam terapi ARV adalah pasien dengan jenis kelamin laki- laki yaitu sebanyak 6 orang (20%), dan perempuan sebanyak 2 orang (6,7%), terdapat pada kelompok usia 37-44 tahun yaitu sebanyak 3 orang (10%), usia 29-36 tahun sebanyak 2 orang (6,7%), dan kelompok usia 21-28 tahun, 45-52 tahun, dan 53-60 tahun masing- masing sebanyak 1 orang (3,3%), bekerja sebagai wiraswasta yaitu sebanyak 4 orang (13,3%), sebagai karyawan sebanyak 2 orang (6,7%), dan bekerja sebagai buruh dan ibu rumah tangga masing- masing sebanyak 1 orang (3,3%), mempunyai faktor risiko heteroseksual yaitu sebanyak 8 orang (26,7%), dan mendapat terapi dengan kombinasi Zidovudin+ Lamivudin+ Nevirapin yaitu sebanyak 7 orang (23,3%) dan Tenofovir+ Lamivudin+ Efavirenz sebanyak 1 orang (3,3%).
Kesimpulan: Pasien dengan gagal terapi sebanyak 26,7% lebih banyak terjadi pada laki- laki, pada usia 37-44 tahun, mempunyai pekerjaan sebagai wiraswasta, dengan faktor risiko heteroseksual dan mendapatkan terapi kombinasi Zidovudin+ Lamivudin+ Nevirapin

Translation - Indonesian THE TRIUMPH OF ANTIRETROVIRAL THERAPY FIRST LINE REVIEWED FROM CD4 IN THE PATIENT WITH HIV/AIDS DISEASE IN MELATI CLINIC DR.SOEDARSO HOSPITAL PONTIANAK ON 2013-2015
Abstract
Background: the treatment strategy for HIV/AIDS is done by combining the effort of prevention, handling, support and treatment. One of the treatment is by giving antiretroviral (ARV) medicine. The success of this ARV therapy program can be achieve by following the monitoring activity such as clinic monitoring or laboratory monitoring by seeing the amount of CD4 in blood.
Objective: To know the success rate of the first line ARV therapy reviewed from the HIV/AIDS patient’s CD4 in dr. Soedarso hospital on 2013-2015.
Method: This research is a descriptive retrospective research that uses sample as in all patients who received ARV therapy first line based on the medical record in Melati clinic dr. Soedarso hospital on 2013-2015 which fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Result: Research result indicated around 22 patients (73,3%) included in the success category and 8 patients (26,7%) included in the fail category. Failed patients in ARV therapy mostly are man which were 6 people (20%), and 2 people (6,7%) which were woman, 3 people (10%) were around the age of 37-44, 2 people (6,7%) were around the age of 29-36 and on the age around 21-28, 45-52 and 53-60 each had 1 people (3,3%), 4 people (13,3%) worked as entrepeneur, 2 people (6,7%) worked as employees and 1 people each (3,3%) worked as laborer and housewife, 8 people (26,7%) had heterosexual risk factors, 7 people (23,3%) had therapy with zidovudine+lamivudine+nevirapine combination and 1 people (3,3%) with tenofovir+lamivudine+efavirenz.
Conclusion: The patients with failed therapy are as much as 26,7% mostly occur in man on the age of 37-44, has a work as entrepeneur, with a heterosexual factor risk and received therapy with zidovudine+lamivudine+nevirapine.
