I was born in Slovakia. My expansive passion for languages brought me on the journey to becoming both a translator and interpreter.

Obviously with Slovak as my mother tongue, I translate regularly from English to Slovak, as most of my clients are English speaking.  I have also worked as an interpreter for private clients in Spain, South Africa, Slovakia, and remotely to many countries including Canada and the United States.

Furthermore, as 10-year resident of Spain, my Spanish skills are second to none, and have often been called to interpreting jobs all over the country for Spanish to Slovak interpreting, as well as Slovak to English (in the United Kingdom).

I’ve worked in a wide range of industries before translation which has given me a unique niche of skills as both a translator and interpreter.  A few of these:

I consider myself to be a very passionate linguist, enthusiastic, driven and with a very high level of pride in my work.  As a self-employed translator and interpreter, I continually maintain an active programme of professional development and am constantly working to upgrade my skills.

I thrive on positive feedback, and now that I have finally set up my ProZ profile, I am looking forward to earning the same feedback from clients I acquire through this portal.
