I'm the Head of REEF Performance Management.
So, for a general overview, the 10 Function Framework, think of it as the spine of rank-and-file operations.
It accounts for the work required of each function to take a vessel from a conceptual goal to serving a customer.
The functions in the correct order are Real Estate, Enabling Works, Permitting, Mobile Assets, Supply Chain, People, Gateway, Last-Mile, Sales Channel, and Brands.
And now, you're gonna hear from all of the leaders within the 10 Functions to tell you about the work that they do and why it's important.

Hello, I'm Alexis Jonama.
I am the Head of Network Intelligence.
So, we have two main functions.
One of them is what we call the Match Making, making sure that whenever we have a new partner or a new brand coming to the portfolio, we find the right locations for them.
Based on market conditions or based on specific partner requests, we provide recommendations on what are the right neighborhoods to go and some indications of what is the rent fee that we want to pay in that neighborhood.

I am Vice President of Enabling here at the company.
Essentially, what we do is make sure that every site that we deploy vessels on, is ready and prepared.
How long does it take to get a site ready?
It can go anywhere from two weeks to two months.
Six weeks, that would be about the average across the country.
After the enabling functions have been completed, that would be turned over to the Operations team.
They're on site all day, they'll walk around and pick up any of the debris that's been left around, they'll do the beautification.
We have inspections that take place.
We have our contractors that come out and perform those inspections, and then will make any repairs that need to be made at that time, as well as security functions with gates and so forth.
Those are all maintained by contractors that we have on retainer that will go out and perform those functions for us.

Hi, I'm Nick Davoli, Assistant General Counsel, specializing in Regulatory and Permitting here at REEF.
Here at REEF, we need a lot of different permits and approvals from government agencies, regulatory bodies, city planning divisions, and the most frequent type that we obtain are our Operational Permits.
Everyone's favorite question is, How long does it take to get a permit?
It really depends on the market and what it is that we are trying to do.
To expedite the permitting process, we work in close partnership with our public affairs counterparts and the leads of those markets to sell the idea of REEF at a higher level.
To get those directors, executives within a city, to understand what it is we're doing, how we're doing it and that we need to do it faster.

I'm coming to you today as the Head of Mobile Assets at REEF.
Mobile Assets are execution units that allow us to convert REEF's Real Estate network that is composed of parking lots into applications.
Mobile Asset team is responsible for designing, sourcing, manufacturing these assets, and after manufacturing, we run these assets through various quality checks before they are finally handed over to the Launch function.
Our vessels need to be up and running all the time.
To be able to do that, we have to buy good quality vessels and we have to make sure that there is a solid maintenance program in place.

Hi, my name is Joshua Brogan.
I'm the Head of Supply Chain and Procurement.
The Supply Chain and Procurement team manages a wide variety of different types of inventory in the supply chain.
So, everything that we sell online is pretty much handled by the team.
There's also a component of the team that focuses on non-food and non-retail items, an Indirects team that focuses on services and a lot of the things that we buy.
The inventory that we manage is maintained in a number of different locations.
So, we manage our own PKs - Production Kitchens, we also have Urban Gateways where we store product, and we also have the Executive Kitchens as well, where we're storing the food that's being prepared and distributed to our customers.
We want to minimize the amount of inventory that we have, but at the same time, make sure that we're providing the service levels that our kitchens need to succeed.

I think you are familiar with all the real estate assets that we're building in the United States and Canada, which are the ones where we deploy vessels.
Given that we cannot really place that much of inventory in those vessels, and there are too many to get connected over supply chain, we need to step back and create an arterial network where this inventory is consolidating and is brought into the market in one only point.
