Préambule
1.Ce formulaire a été conçu par le secrétariat général de la CDA afin de recueillir les avis des membres sur le lieu, la date et le projet d’ordre du jour de la quatrième réunion du bureau (octobre 2016) et la quatrième assemblée générale de la CDA.
2.La réunion du bureau national de la CDA concerne tous les 06 membres du bureau restreint, les membres du bureau national (conseil, directions, coordinations régionales), les représentants de clubs et toute personne invitée par le bureau ou souhaitant prendre part à la réunion. C’est à cette session que tout membre ou non-membre peut soumettre/présenter tout nouveau projet à l’association. Cette session est unique dans la mesure elle permettra de valider la stratégie d’industrialisation de la CDA de 2016 à 2020.
3.L’Assemblée Générale concerne tous les membres adhérents à la CDA sans distinction hiérarchique ou managériale. C’est une session spéciale qui connaitra le renouvellement du bureau pour le mandat 2016-2020, la validation du plan d’action 2016-2020 et son budget.
4.Prière de remplir entièrement ce formulaire, de le partager et surtout de faire des propositions.
5.Ce formulaire a été mis en ligne le 30 août 2016 et sera clos le 15 septembre.

Preamble
1. This questionnaire is issued by the CDA Secretary General in order to collect opinions of members regarding the place, date and the Agenda project of the 4th CDA Board Meeting (October 2016) and the fourth General Assembly(November 2016).
2. The CDA National Board Meeting concerns all the 06 restricted Board Members, members of the national board (council, directions, regional coordination), representatives of clubs and every invitee or any other person willing to take part in the meeting. It is only during this session that any member or attendee can submit or present a new project to the association. This session is special in the sense that it will enable the validation of the industrialization policy of CDA from 2016 to 2020.
3. The General Assembly concerns every CDA adherents with no hierarchical or managerial discrimination. This session is also special because the board will be renewed for the 2016-2020 term, the 2016-2020 agenda and its budget will be validated.
4. Please fill in this form entirely, share it and most important are your suggestions.
5. This form is available online from August 30 to September 15, 2016.

In der Tat äußerte seine Freundin gegenüber ihren Eltern den Wunsch, ihn ihnen vorzustellen. Aber diese wollten von dem jungen Mann nichts wissen. Taga war gerade bei Tania zu Besuch gewesen.
» Du studierst Geschichte. Du bist von Afrika sehr begeistert. Ist gut «, ihr Vater wurde sofort laut, als Taga wieder weg war. » Ich habe nichts dagegen. Aber du musst Afrika deshalb nicht unbedingt heiraten! « fügte er geringschätzig hinzu.
» Wie soll ich jetzt mit dem dunklen Kontinent umgehen? « mischte sich ihre Mutter ein. »Stell dir vor, Tania. Du in Afrika, mitten unter den Löwen, giftigen Schlangen, Krokodilen, wilden Flüssen... «
»Tödlichen Krankheiten, primitiven Urvölkern mit ihren barbarischen Riten... ach nein! Du bist wohl meschugge! Einfach meschugge! « Ihr Vater war aufgebracht.
» Aber was soll das? « fuhr Tania heftig auf. Wer hat denn von Heirat und Leben in Afrika und ähnlichem gesprochen? ich? Ich? «
Abwechselnd schaute sie beiden Eltern in die Augen und wartete, die Hände in die Hüften gestemmt, auf eine Antwort. Ihre Mutter schauderte vor innerer Erregung. Tania fügte, ohne dies zu beachten, hinzu:
» Ihr wollt Taga nicht sehen. Ihr kennt ihn nicht einmal. Ihr wollt ihn jedenfalls nicht kennenlernen. Und ihr hasst ihn schon. Warum? Warum?
ihr seid nie in Afrika gewesen. Aber ihr wisst alles über Afrika. Und ich soll Afrika nicht heiraten! Ist Taga denn Afrika in Person? Auch wenn ich ihn heiraten wollte... «
Ihrem Vater zuckte der rechte Mundwinkel nervös, aber Tania setzte ungerührt ihre Argumentation fort:

Sa petite amie souhaitait, en fait, le présenter à ses parents. Mais, ces derniers ne voulaient rien savoir du jeune homme. Taga venait à peine d’arriver en visite chez les Tania.
"Tu étudie l’histoire. Tu es très passionnée de l'Afrique. C'est bien", s'écria immédiatement son père, juste après départ de Taga. "Je n'ai rien contre cela. Mais, ce n’est pas pour autant que tu dois à tout prix épouser l'Afrique! " ajouta t-il avec dédain.
"Comment dois-je maintenant faire face au continent noir?" s'immisça sa mère. "Imagine, Tania. Toi en Afrique, au milieu des lions, des serpents venimeux, des crocodiles, des fleuves sauvages... "
" Des maladies mortelles, des peuples primitifs et leurs rites barbares... Oh non! Tu es sans doute dingue! Complètement dingue! " Son père était furieux.
" Mais qu'est-ce que c'est que ça? " riposta Tania violemment. Qui a donc parlé de mariage et de vivre en Afrique ou un truc de ce genre? Moi? Moi? "
Elle fixa tour à tour ses deux parents dans les yeux et, les mains aux hanches, attendait une réponse. Sa mère frissonna d'une irritation interne. Tania ignora cette réaction et ajouta:
" Vous ne voulez pas voir Taga. Vous ne le connaissez même pas. Vous ne voulez pas le connaitre de toute façon. Et vous le détestez déjà. Pourquoi? Pourquoi?
Vous n'avez jamais été en Afrique. Mais vous savez tout de l'Afrique. Et je ne dois pas épouser l'Afrique! Taga est-il l'Afrique en personne? Même si je voulais l'épouser... "
Nerveux, la commissure des lèvres de son père frissonna, mais Tania poursuivit, sans interruption, son argumentation.

I graduated as a linguist in trilingual letters French-English-German, and later as a Translator at the University of Dshang, major in literature (English<>French).
