Source text - Romanian The defendant, by chosen defender, has requested in defense the hearing of witnesses and the provision of writings. The proposed witnesses have been: xxxxxxxxxxxx. The latter have been examined: xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, xxxx (file 118, 119,161, 217 IInd vol case file in retrial).
Also from the indictment it has been acknowledged that from those 41 vehicles, 7 vehicles have been registered in the accountancy of the defendant's company, out of the 34 for 12 vehicles acquisition documents have been provided from Germany and also have been identified as being sold on the Romanian territory, and for the other 15 vehicles it is said that no documents have been provided by the German partners, either those would have been requested on the territory of the German state or they would have been acquired by SC O&G S.R.L. but no documents have been provided to this effect, and more so, no documents have been provided from which it would result that these vehicles had been commercialized on the Romanian territory.
Translation - English Pârâtul a solicitat prin apărător ales audierea martorilor în apărare și furnizarea de documente. Martorii propuși au fost: xxxxxxxxxxxx. Cei din urmă au fost audiați: xxxx, xxxx, xxxx-xxxx, xxxx, xxxx (filele 118, 119,161, 217 vol. II la dosarul cauzei în rejudecare).
Totodată, prin rechizitoriu s-a constatat că din cele 41 de vehicule, 7 vehicule au fost înregistrate în contabilitatea societății inculpatului, din cele 34, pentru 12 vehicule achiziționate documente au fost furnizate din Germania, acesta fiind totodată identificate ca fiind înstrăinate pe teritoriul României, iar pentru celelalte 15 vehicule se susține că nu au fost furnizate documente de către partenerii Germani, acestea nefiind solicitate pe teritoriul german, altfel acestea ar fi fost achiziționate de SC O&G S.R.L., însă niciun document nu a fost furnizat în acest sens, și mai mult, niciun document nu a fost furnizat din care să rezulte că aceste vehicule ar fi fost comercializate pe teritorul României.

I am a consultancy lawyer, rendering legal services on the Romanian market for over 10 years as of February of 2018.
In my daily routine, I have translated into/from Romanian/English, in both legal and current speech.
I have taken the qualified translator test (in the legal domain) before the Romanian National Institute for Cultural Formation and Research, having passed both the Ro to En and En to Ro translation test.
I have obtained the sworn translator certificate no. 38501/2018, issued by the Romanian Ministry of Justice.
The Romanian Foreign Languages Center has also ascertained that my English level is C2 (Native) at all the relevant stages, namely at (and I quote):
Understanding speech;
Generating a speech; and
In writing.
I have joined the PROZ network because I want to help others as many times this community has helped me. For example, I may find myself at times writing on google "term" English proz", in order to be able to spot potentially better and more accurate translations for a particular term.
