The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (this "Agreement") between you and [company name].
This Agreement stipulates your legal rights and responsibilities when using [product name] (this "Service").
This Service includes using [product name] to download applications created by third-party developers as well as those services provided by such applications themselves.
Third-party developers are hereafter referred to as "developers".
In this Agreement, "you" refers to any individual who accesses and/or uses this Service.
In order to use this Service, you must agree to the following terms.
Please read them carefully.
By touching AGREE, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of this Agreement.
You will be unable to use this Service if you do not accept these terms in full.
You can set your country or region of residence ("home country") under Settings > Country/Region for this app, and use our services in your home country.
For user residing in countries or regions outside of Europe, Japan, or Mainland China, "[product name]" in this Agreement refers to [product name] Device (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., located at [address], Hong Kong.
For users residing in Europe or Japan, "[product name]" in this Agreement refers to [address].

Service Usage Requirements
If you are younger than 18 years old, you must read this Agreement with a parent or guardian and ensure they understand the contents hereof before using this Service.
You may not use this Service without the consent of a parent or guardian.
By using this Service, you confirm that:
You are 18 years old or older (or of the age of majority in your home country);
You have obtained permission to use this Service from a parent or guardian.
In addition, [company name] recommends that children are monitored and supervised by their parents or guardians when using the Internet, mobile phones, or other devices.
1.2.
In certain countries and regions, you must agree to the [product name] ID User Agreement and register a Huawei ID in order to use this Service.
You alone are responsible for the security of your [product name] ID username and password.
1.3.
If you use this Service in mainland China, both you and [product name] agree to abide by the following terms:
1) You must use your true identity when registering as a user of this Service, ensuring that all personal information you provide is true, complete, and valid.
You shall bear the legal responsibility for all information you provide.
2) If you need to modify your personal information after registration, [company name] will promptly provide you with this service.
However, initial registration and authentication information cannot be modified for security and identification reasons.
3) [company name] has the right to review your personal information submitted during registration to confirm whether it is true and valid.
[company name] will take reasonable measures, including encrypted storage and transmission, to ensure the security and validity of your [product name] ID.
It is your duty to keep your username and password secure and to use them properly and safely.
If the civil rights of you or another individual are harmed through the loss or theft of your [product name] ID username or password caused by a failure by any party hereto to perform their above-mentioned obligations, that party shall bear the resulting legal liability.
4) You are legally liable for any activity on your [product name] ID while logged in.
5) You should immediately inform [company name] through the advertised channels if you discover that your username or password has been used illegally by another individual, or you notice any other unusual activity on your [product name] ID.
In such cases, you have the right to instruct [Company name] to take measures to suspend your [product name] ID.
6) In order for [company name] to suspend your [product name] ID following your instruction, you will be required to provide and verify a valid form of identification which matches the personal information registered on your [product name] ID.
