The employer may terminate this contract for the reasons hereby which may be the closure and/ or stoppage the organization or the project , reduction the employment, to prevent losses, and he shall provide a written notice to the employee one month before the certain date or pay a salary for termination / separation equivalent to one month's salary, and in this event the employer shall bear the expenses of the employee deportation to his country. The employer may terminate this contract for the following reasons: a dangerous misconduct, a willful disobedience of the employer's legal orders, the usual dereliction of duties, the constant absence, the failure to obey orders, unraveling the secrets of the organization, engaging in trade union activities and violation of the customs, traditions and regulations in Saudi Arabia, or violating the terms and conditions of this contract. In this event, the employee bears the expenses of returning to his country.
Translation - Arabic الإنهاء من جانب صاحب العمل – يجوز لصاحب العمل إنهاء هذا العقد بموجب الأسباب الواردة في هذا العقد مثل إغلاق أو توقف المؤسسة أو المشروع أو بسبب تقليص العمالة أو منع الخسائر ويقوم بتقديم إخطار كتابي للموظف قبل شهر على الأقل من التاريخ المقصود أو سداد راتب إنهاء/فصل يعادل راتب شهر واحد، وفي هذه الحالة يتحمل صاحب العمل مصروفات ترحيل الموظف إلى بلده. كما يجوز لصاحب العمل إنهاء هذا العقد للأسباب التالية: سوء التصرف الجسيم، العصيان المتعمد للأوامر القانونية لصاحب العمل، التقصير المعتاد في الواجبات، الغياب المستمر، عدم إطاعة الأوامر، الإفصاح عن أسرار المؤسسة، الانخراط في أنشطة نقابية تجارية وانتهاك الموظف للعادات والتقاليد والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية أو مخالفته لشروط وبنود هذا العقد. وفي هذه الحالة يتحمل الموظف مصروفات عودته إلى بلده.

THIS AGREEMENT is made on 28lh September, 2015
BETWEEN:
1. Al Mohanad of P.0. Box ----, Abu Dhabi, UAE (the “Borrower");
2. ABU DHABI COMMERCIAL BANK P.J.S.C, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the UAE, whose principal address is at P.0. Box ---, Abu Dhabi, UAE of (the “Bank”); and
3. Tourism Development and Investment Company PJSC, a company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of the UAE, whose principal address is at P.O. Box ----, Abu Dhabi, UAE (the “Developer”)
(Each one a Party or collectively hereinafter the Parties)
1. RECITALS
1.1 Pursuant to a sale and purchase agreement dated .. and made between the Developer and the Borrower (the “SPA”) and attached at Annexure ‘A’ to this Agreement, the Borrower has agreed to purchase the property described in the SPA: Villa No: 210 (Plot #: SB-12-111), Saadiyat Beach 12, Saadiyat Beach Villas, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. (The “Property”) on a [freehold/usufructuary] basis.
1.2 Pursuant to the terms and conditions of a mortgage loan agreement dated [ —] between the Bank and the Borrower (the “Mortgage Loan Agreement”), the Bank has agreed to advance funds to the Borrower to assist the Borrower to finance its purchase of the Property (the “Mortgage Debt").
1.3 The Borrower has agreed to execute this Agreement for the assignment, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined in paragraph 1.4) of its interest in the SPA in order to provide the Bank with security for the Mortgage Debt.
1.4 The Bank has agreed that once the Borrower has provided all the documents and info and successfully completed all the Bank's requirements, thereafter the Bank will issue a letter of guarantee amounting to the full payments required by the Developer from the Borrower with regards to purchasing the Property.
1.5 The Developer has agreed and irrevocably undertaken that, subject to satisfaction by the Bank and the Borrower of the Conditions Precedent in the Co-Operation Agreement, it will not hand over the Property to the Borrower and/or to any other person or entity without obtaining a no objection certificate from the Bank, in which it is clearly and expressly mentioned that the Bank has allowed it to do so. For the purposes of a:
(1) sale, transfer or other disposition of all or part of the Borrower's interest under the SPA or in respect of the Property; or
(2) release of the Bank’s interest in the SPA or the Property,
the Bank acknowledges and agrees that a duly completed and executed Form 3 Release of Mortgage is sufficient to constitute a no objection certificate from the Bank under this clause 1.5.
1.6 For the purposes of this Agreement, the expression Event of Default means an event of default pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Agreement or the SPA that would entitle the Bank, or the Developer, as the case may be, to terminate such agreement.

1- 3 وافق المقترض على إبرام هذه الاتفاقية بغرض التنازل في حالة حدوث تقصير في جوانب مصلحته المنصوص عليها في "اتفاقية شراء الأسهم (وذلك على النحو المحدد في الفقرة 1- 4) كعربون ضمان مقدم إلى البنك فيما يخص ديون الرهن العقاري.
1- 4 وافق البنك على أنه بمجرد تقديم المقترض لجميع المستندات والمعلومات ونجاحه في استكمال جميع متطلبات البنك، فسوف يقوم البنك بعد ذلك بإصدار خطاب ضمان بإجمالي المبلغ المطلوب من المقترض لصالح المطور بغرض شراء العقار.
1- 5 وافق المطور وتعهد بشكل لا رجعة فيه، وعلى النحو الذي يضمن رضا البنك والمقترض عن الشروط السابق ذكرها في اتفاقية التعاون، على أنه لن يسلم العقار إلى المقترض أو إلى أي شخص أو كيان آخر دون الحصول على شهادة عدم الممانعة من البنك، والتي يُذكر فيها بوضوح وصراحة أن البنك قد سمح له القيام بذلك من أجل الأغراض التالية:
(1) البيع أو النقل أو التصرف في كل أو جزء من مصلحة المقترض بموجب ما ورد في "اتفاقية شراء الأسهم" أو فيما يخص العقار؛ أو
(2) إبراء البنك من مصلحته في "اتفاقية شراء الأسهم" أو العقار.
ويقر البنك ويوافق على أن نموذج فك الرهن الذي تم إنجازه وتنفيذه على النحو الواجب يعد دليلًا كافيًا
على إصدار شهادة عدم الممانعة من البنك بموجب ما ورد في البند (1- 5).
1- 6 بالنسبة للغرض من هذه الاتفاقية، فإن تعبير "حدوث حالة تقصير" يُقصد به بموجب ورد في اتفاقية الرهن العقاري أو اتفاقية شراء الأسهم أنه الحدث الذي يخول للبنك أو المطور، على حسب الحال، إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية.

(8) الرهن والإلزام بدفع تعهدات كافة وجميع الممتلكات والأصول العقارية والشخصية في الحاضر أو في المستقبل، وكافة وجميع قيم رأس المال غير المدفوع في الوقت الحاضر للشركة ولإصدارها على قدم المساواة أو بعلاوة أو خصم، والنظر في مثل هذه الاعتبارات مع مراعاة هذه الحقوق والصلاحيات والامتيازات والشروط التي قد يراها مناسبة أو السندات أو السندات غير القابلة للاسترداد، سواء كانت دائمة أو قابلة للاسترداد أو قابلة للتحصيل، بشكل عرضي أو بأي شكل آخر لتأمين أي أوراق مالية خاصة بالشركة بموجب سند رهن ائتمان أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال الضمان.

HISTORY: This patient is a 55-year-old Qatari male who has a known history of diabetes mellitus, diabetic neuropathy, hypertension, Holt-Oram syndrome, atrial septal defect closure in 1973, sick sinus syndrome, post permanent pacemaker insertion, dilated ischemic cardiomyopathy, severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction, and right ventricular systolic dysfunction. The patient presented for followup with a complaint of shortness of breath on mild-to-moderate exertion.

Source text - English Since the PetroSavers* Engine Oil Refiner System comes in 7 standard model sizes the PetroSavers can be installed on engines with crankcase capacities ranging from 10 quarts of oil to 1,000 gallons of oil.
Typically, stationary engines have to change oil at a much greater frequency than transportation vehicles. This is due to the fact that these types of engines are in environments that require them to run continuously.
The engine manufacturers require that the oil on most generator engines be changed as follows:
Small generators every 250 engine hours, which is every 10 days
(24 hours per day x 10 days)
Midsize generators every 750 engine hours, which is every 30 days
(24 hours per day x 30 days)
Large generators every 1,500 engine hours, which is every 60 days
(24 hours per day x 60 days)
Nearly all of the mentioned stationary engines/generators are typically running 24/7 continuously. We have successfully extended engine oil drain intervals from 300 engine hours to 11,000 engine hours.
Additionally, please note that the PetroSavers Engine Oil Refiner has great application to every kind of stationary engine throughout the world.
Here, we will be showing a series of different installations beginning with utilizing our PetroSavers Engine Oil Refiner model HD-10 on small generators, then to our large Refiner model HD-604 (480 gallons of oil) on larger generators.

Source text - English On WISC- V -jack's general' cognitive ability is within the Average range, as seen from his Full-Scale IQ (FSIQ) score or 108 (95% confidence interval: 102 -113). It lies in the 70thpercentile indicating that his overall thinking and reasoning abilities exceed those of approximately 70% of children his age.
There was a significant difference in Jack's performance between the Visual Spatial Index (VSI) and the Processing Speed Index (PSI) indicating his strength in his visual spatial skills particularly the tasks with pictures. The Processing Speed index (PSI) although in the Average range was significantly lower than the Visual Spatial Index and relatively lower than the Verbal Comprehension and Fluid Reasoning indices indicating a weakness in Jack.
His Verbal Comprehension Index (VCI) of 116 (95% confidence interval: 107-122, 86thpercentile) lies in the High Average range. This comprised of his scores on the Similarities and Vocabulary subtests. The Information and Comprehension subtests were supplementary subtests given. Compared to his mean score for all the verbal reasoning tasks, Jack's performance was best on the Similarities subtest (upper end of High Average) and weakest on the Comprehension subtests (lower end of Average range).
On the Similarities subtest, Jack obtained a scaled score of 15 which fell in the upper end of the High Average range. On this subtest, he was required to respond orally to a series of word pairs by explaining how the words of each pair were similar. This subtest examines his ability to abstract meaningful concepts and relationships from verbally presented material, and his categorical reasoning ability. He could see the similarity between pairs of concrete words like for e.g. 'truck and train' said 'vehicles', for 'sour and salty', he said 'tastes' and for more abstract words like 'demand and request', he said 'To tell someone to do something'. He could not give appropriate similarities for pairs of words like 'ice and steam', he said 'both are cold' and not for more abstract pairs like 'space and time'.
