Source text - Lithuanian Lizingo davėjas ir Lizingo gavėjas, vadovaixlamiesi 2016 02 10 Finansinės nuomos sutartimi Nr. 201601085 (toliau - Sutartis), sudarė šį Daikto perdavimo-
priėmimo aktą, kuriuo susitarė:
1. Lizingo davėjas, vykdydamas Sutartį, perduoda laikinai valdyti ir naudotis Lizingo gavėjui Daiktą Lizingo gavėjas priima Daiktą ir perduotas teises jį
naudoti ir valdyti.
2. Lizingo gavėjas patvirtina, kad Daiktas pristatytas ir perduotas pagal Sutarties ir/ar 2016 03 10 Pirkimo - pardavimo sutarties Nr. 201601085 (toliau -
Pirkimo sutartis) reikalavimus, jo specifikacija atitinka nurodytai Sutartyje ir/ar Pirkimo sutartyje ir Lizingo gavėjas, elgdamasis, kaip paprastai turi elgtis
atidus ir rūpestingas pirkėjas, yra apžiūrėjęs Daiktą ir jokių pretenzijų dėl Daikto kokybės, komplektiškumo, būklės, tinkamumo naudoti ir pan. Lizingo
davėjui neturi. Lizingo gavėjas patvirtina, kad jam yra tinkamai ir visapusiškai išaiškinta ir žinoma visa informacija apie Daikto saugą ir kokybę, paskirtį,
naudojimo ypatumus, garantijos sąlygas.
3. Šis aktas kartu yra ir Daikto perdavimo-priėmimo aktas pagal Pirkimo sutartį, šiuo aktu Lizingo gavėjui Daiktą perduodant Lizingo davėjo nuosavybėn.
Lizingo gavėjas kaip Daikto pardavėjas, pasirašydamas šį aktą, patvirtina, kad Daiktas atitinka kokybės ir Sutarties bei Pirkimo sutarties reikalavimus,
tretieji asmenys neturi jokių teisių į Daiktą jokių ginčų dėl Daikto nėra.
4. Nuo šio akto pasirašymo dienos Lizingo gavėjas tampa pilnai atsakingu už Daiktą ir jo išlaikymą bei išsaugojimą išskyras, jei Pirkimo sutartyje ar
Sutartyje numatyta ankstesnė atsakomybės už Daiktą perėjimo Lizingo gavėjui diena.
5. Šis aktas įsigalioja po to. kai jį pasirašo Lizingo davėjo ir Lizingo gavėjo įgalioti atstovai. Aktas sudarytas dviem egzemplioriais, turinčiais vienodą
juridinę galią po vieną kiekvienai iš šalių.
6. Lizingo gavėjas, pasirašydamas šį aktą patvirtiną kad Daiktas yra apdraustas vienoje iš Sutarties specialiose sąlygose nurodytų draudimo bendrovių.
7. Šalys aiškiai susitartą kad akto antspaudavimas Šalių antspaudais (kai Šalis turi antspaudą) nėra privalomas akto reikalavimas ir Šalies antspaudo
buvimas/ nebuvimas akte neturi jokios įtakos akto galiojimui. T.y. jei viena iš Šalių aktą patvirtintų antspaudą o kita Šalis antspaudo nenaudotų ar, jei abi
Šalys akto nepatvirtintų antspaudu, aktas bus laikomas sudarytu ir galiojančiu, jei aktas bus Šalių tinkamai įgaliotų atstovų (ar atitinkamai Šalies, kai aktą
į Šalis sudaro ne per atstovą), pasirašytas akte nustatyta tvarka.
Translation - German Der Leasinggeber und der Leasingempfänger, basierend auf Finanzierungsleasingvertrag Nr. xxxxxxxxx von xx.xx.xxxx, weiter Vertrag,
haben diese Übertragungsurkunde schriftlich abgefasst, und somit auf folgendes geeinigt:
1. Der Leasinggeber, wie in dem Vertrag vorgesehen, gibt das Recht das Objekt über einen bestimmten Zeitraum zu besitzen und es zu nutzen an den Leasingempfänger über. Der Leasingempfänger empfängt das Objekt mit dem Recht es zu besitzen und zu nutzen.
2. Der Leasingempfänger bestätigt die ordnungsgemäße Übergabe des Objekts, folgend den Vertrag und/oder xx.xx.xxxx Kauf- und Verkaufsvertrag Nr. xxxxxxxxx, (weiter - Kaufvertrag), und dass die Spezifikation des Objekts der in dem Vertrag und Kaufvertrag beschriebenen entspricht , und der Leasingempfänger, handelnd nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen, wie ein fürsorglicher und verantwortungsvoller Käufer sich im Vorfeld bereits über den Zustand des Objekts erkundigt und keine Forderungen an den Leasinggeber bezüglich der Qualität, Ausstattung, Zustand, Gebrauchttauglichkeit usw. hat. Der Leasingempfänger versichert, dass er ordnungsgemäß und ausführlich über Sicherheit, Qualität, Verwendungszweck des Objekts wie auch seine Nutzungsbesonderheiten und Garantiebedingungen aufgeklärt wurde.
3. Diese Urkunde dient auch als Übergabeurkundevon beweglichem Objektaufgrund eines Kaufvertrages, indem gibt der Leasinggeber das Objekt in den Besitz des Leasingempfängers über.
Der Leasingempfänger wie auch der Verkäufer mit ihren Unterschriften auf dieser Urkunde versichern, dass das Objekt die Qualität-, Vertrags- und Kaufvertragsanforderungen entspricht.
4. Der Leasingempfänger übernimmt die volle Verantwortung über das Objekt, seine Wartung und Aufrechterhaltung am Tag, an dem diese Urkunde unterzeichnet wurde, es sei denn im Kaufvertrag oder Vertrag ein früheres Datum für die Verantwortungsübergabe an den Leasingempfänger vorgesehen wurde.
5. Die Urkunde erlangt ihre rechtliche Gültigkeit nachdem sie von den Vertretern beider Parteien, dem Leasinggeber wie auch Leasingempfänger unterzeichnet wurde. Die Urkunde wird in zwei Exemplaren mit gleichwertiger rechtlicher Gültigkeiterstellt, jeweils ein Exemplar für jede Partei.
6. Der Leasingempfänger versichert mit seiner Unterschrift, dass das Objekt bei einem unter Sonderbedingungen aufgelisteten Versicherungsunternehmen versichert ist.
7. Die Parteien sind einig, dass eine Stempelung dieser Urkunde mit eigenen Stempeln (falls Partei einen Stempel besitzt) nicht erforderlich sei, und das Vorhanden oder nicht eines Stempels nicht die juristische Gültigkeit der Urkunde beeinflusst. D. h. falls nur eine der Parteien die Urkunde mit eigenem Stempel abstempeln oder beide Parteien nicht abstempeln würden, diese Urkunde würde in allen Fällen gültig, solange sie ordnungsgemäß und von bevollmächtigten Vertretern beider Parteien (oder der Partei selbst, falls sie verzichtet auf einen Vertreter) erfasst wurde.

Source text - English What will be the future relationship between the EU and the UK?
Much of this has yet to be agreed and several scenarios have been discussed widely in the media, including the prospect of leaving the EU with no agreement, or ‘no deal’. This would have a serious impact on organisations, businesses and individuals who rely on EU regulations and arrangements agreed under EU treaties. We have set out in a section below what may be different in case of no-deal.
However, the UK and the EU have stated that they want to avoid that situation arising and have said that whatever happens it is a priority to protect to rights of EU citizens resident in the UK. It is the intention of the UK Government to implement the Settled Status scheme, whatever the outcome of the negotiations.
In their ‘Statement of Intent’ issued on the 21 June 2018, the UK Government states:
“Securing the rights of citizens has always been our priority in negotiations with the European Union (EU). We have delivered on this commitment and reached an agreement with the EU guaranteeing the rights of EU citizens living in the UK and of UK nationals living in the EU. EU citizens living in the UK, along with their family members, will be able to stay and continue their lives, with the same access to work, study, benefits and public services that they enjoy now. Existing close family members living overseas will be able to join them here in future.”
As part of the UK leaving the EU, the UK Government has negotiated a deal which sets out the terms of the UK’s withdrawal. This is called the Withdrawal Agreement and was finalised between the EU and the UK Government in November 2018. Within this agreement are details on how those who have benefited from free movement within the EU will be protected when the UK leaves. However, the Withdrawal Agreement must be approved by the UK Parliament and itwas rejected by the House of Commonsin several votes between 15 January and 29 March 2019. There were various elements which MPs on both sides of the House did not agree with, including arrangements regarding the border between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The UK government agreed an extension with the EU to allow time for the Prime Minister to seek agreement with Parliament on a way forward and to try to secure a majority for the agreed withdrawal process in the House of Commons.
She failed to do so and resigned as of 7 June 2019. Boris Johnson was elected by the Conservative Party membership as her successor. He renegotiated aspect of the deal, in particular those related to the border between the North and the South in Ireland, but also failed to secure support in the House of Commons. After the House secured an amendment that prevented the UK leaving without a deal, a General Election was agreed on.
Following the UK General Election on 12 December 2019, which returned a large Conservative Party majority, the Withdrawal Agreement has now passed through the Houses of Parliament ahead of the 31/01/2020 deadline and has also been ratified by the EU parliament.
The date for the UK leaving the EU is therefore 31/01/2020. This has no impact on the end date of the transition period or the deadline for applying to the EU Settlement Scheme, which remain the same 31 December 2020 and 30 June 2021 respectively.

Dar nėra priimta daug sprendimų šiuo klausimu, bet visuotinės informacijos priemonėse buvo intensyviai aptarinėjami keletas galimų scenarijų, tame tarpe ir išstojimo iš ES sudėties nepasiekus susitarimo galimybę, t.y. Nesusitarimo scenarijų (No-deal). Pastarasis stipriai paveiktų organizacijas, verslo sritis ir individualius asmenis, kurių verslo bei asmeninė veikla yra reglamentuojama ES nuostatomis ir sutartimis, sudarytomis remiantis ES įstatymais. Žemiau mes išvardiname punktus, kurie gali skirtis tuo atveju, jei susitarimas nebus pasiektas.
Kaip ten bebūtų, JK ir ES pareiškė, kad jos stengsis išvengti tokios situacijos ir, kad ir kas be nutiktų, bus stengiamasi visų pirma apsaugoti ES piliečių, gyvenančių JK, teises. Tokiu būdu JK vyriausybė planuoja įvesti Sėslumo statuso sistemą, kuri veiktų nepriklausomai nuo derybų tarp JK ir ES baigties.
JK vyriausybės 2018 m. birželio 21 dienos ‘Pareiškime’ yra sakoma:
„Derybų su Europos Sąjunga (ES) metu mūsų svarbiausia užduotis buvo užtikrinti piliečių teisių saugumą. Mes pateikėme įsipareigojimą ir susitarėme su ES, taip užtikrinant ES šalių piliečių, gyvenančių JK, bei JK piliečių, gyvenančių ES šalyse, teises. ES šalių piliečiai bei jų šeimos nariai, gyvenantys JK, galės ir toliau čia likti ir gyventi, neprarasdami teisės į darbą, mokslą bei visas lig šiol turėtas socialines ir sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas. Artimi šeimos nariai, gyvenantys kitose šalyse, ateityje galės prisijungti prie jų.“
JK vyriausybė derėjosi ir dėl JK išstojimo sąlygų, kas taipogi yra Brexit‘o dalimi. Tai buvo pavadinta Išstojimo sutartimi (angl. Withdrawal Agreement), kuri 2018-tųjų lapkritį buvo sudaryta tarp JK vyriausybės ir ES. Šioje sutartyje yra minimos ir detalės, liečiančios teises asmenų, kurie naudojosi Laisvo asmenų judėjimo teise ES ribose, ir kaip jos bus apsaugotos JK išstojus iš ES. Tačiau ši Išstojimo sutartis turi būti patvirtinta JK Parlamento, bet 2019 m. sausio 15 d. JK Parlamento Bendruomenių Rūmai (angl. House of Commons) šį sutarties projektą atmetė. Abejose Rūmų pusėse buvo Parlamento narių, nesutinkančių su tam tikrais sutarties punktais, tame tarpe ir liečiančiais valstybinę sieną tarp Airijos Respublikos ir Šiaurės Airijos.
JK vyriausybė susitarė su ES dėl išstojimo datos nukėlimo, taip bandant laimėti laiko, skirto JK Ministrei pirmininkei surasti kompromisą su JK Parlamentu bei bandyti užsitikrinti balsų daugumą Parlamento Bendruomenių Rūmuose (angl. House of Commons).
Jai nepavyko to padaryti ir 2019 m. birželio 7 dieną ji pasitraukė iš savo pareigų. Konservatorių partija išrinko Borisą Džonsoną (angl. Boris Johnson) naujuoju Ministru pirmininku. Jis iš naujo derėjosi dėl tam tikrų susitarimo punktų, ypač dėl sienos tarp Šiaurės ir Pietų Airijos klausimo, bet ir jam nepavyko užsitikrinti balsų daugumą Parlamento Bendruomenių Rūmuose. Po to, kai Bendruomenių rūmams pavyko pasiekti pakeitimą, užkertantį kelią „no-deal“ scenarijui, įvyko Parlamento rinkimai.
Po Parlamento rinkimų, įvykusių 2019 m. gruodžio 12 dieną, kurių pasekoje Konservatorių partija gavo didžiąją rinkėjų balsų daugumą, besibaigiant terminui 2020 m. sausio 31 d. Bendruomenių Rūmai pritarė Išstojimo sutarčiai, kurią savo ruožtu patvirtino ir Europos Parlamentas.
To pasekoje JK išstojimo iš ES data yra 2020 m. sausio 31 diena. Tai neįtakos pereinamojo laikotarpio pabaigos datos, iki kurios bus galima pateikti paraiškas ES Sėslumo sistemoje, kuri liks nepakitusi, t. y. nuo 2020 m. sausio 31 d. iki 2021 m. birželio 30 d.

Source text - German Gem. § 6 Abs. 1 FreizügG/EU kann der Verlust des Rechts nach § 2 Abs. 1 FreizügG/EU un- beschadet des § 5 Abs. 5 FreizügG/EU nur aus Gründen der öffentlichen Ordnung, Sicher- heit oder Gesundheit (Artikel 39 Abs. 3, Artikel 46 Abs. 1 des Vertrages über die Europäische Gemeinschaft) festgestellt und die Bescheinigung über das gemeinschaftsrechtliche Auf- enthaftsrecht oder über den Daueraufenthatt eingezogen und die Aufenthaltskarte oder Daueraufenthaltskarte widerrufen werden. Aus den vorgenannten Gründen kann auch die Einreise verweigert werden.
Die Tatsache einer strafrechtlichen Verurteilung genügt gem. § 6 Abs. 2 FreizügG/EU für sich allein nicht, um die in Absatz 1 genannten Entscheidungen odel Maßnahmen zu begründen. Es dürfen nur im Bundeszentralregister noch nicht getilgte strafrechtliche Verurteilungen und diese nur insoweit berücksichtigt werden, als die ihnen zu Grunde liegenden Umstände ein persönliches Verhalten erkennen lassen, das eine gegenwärtige Gefährdung der öffentlichen Ordnung darstellt. Es muss eine tatsächliche und hinreichend schwere Gefährdung vorliegen, die ein Grundinteresse der Gesetlschaft berührt.
Translation - Lithuanian Pagal įstatymą dėl ES piliečių laisvo judėjimo 6-o straipsnio 1- dalį, numatytos teisės praradimo konstatatavimas pagal įstatymo dėl ES piliečių laisvo judėjimo 2-o straipsnio 1-ą dalį negali pažeisti įstatymo dėl ES piliečių laisvo judėjimo 5-o straipsnio 5-os dalies ir teisės nuolat gyventi šalyje pažymėjimas bei leidimo gyventi šalyje kortelė arba leidimo nuolat gyventi šalyje kortelė gali būti panaikinti tik viešosios tvarkos, visuomenės saugumo ar visuomenės sveikatos sumetimais (Europos Bendrijos sutarties 39-o straipsnio 3-a dalis, 46-o straipsnio 1-a dalis). Dėl minėtų priežasčių taip pat gali būti neleidžiama atvykti į šalį.
Pagal įstatymą dėl ES piliečių laisvo judėjimo 6-o straipsnio 2-ą dalį esamas teistumo faktas savaime nelaikomas pakankamu norint pagrįsti 1-oje dalyje nurodytus sprendimus ar priemones. Gali būti atsižvelgta tik į iš centrinio federalinio registro dar neišbrauktus teistumus ir tik tiek, kiek juos pagrindžiančios aplinkybės parodo asmens elgesį, kuris kelia realią grėsmę viešajai tvarkai. Turi būti reali ir pakankamai rimta rizika, turinti įtakos pagrindiniams bendrovės interesams.
