Source text - English Heart disease is also called cardiovascular disease or coronary heart disease. This is a simple term used to describe several problems related to plaque building up in the walls of the arteries, or atherosclerosis. As the plaque builds up. the arteries narrow, making it more difficult for the blood to be pumped through the arteries. This creates a risk for a heart attack or stroke. Other types of heart disease include heart failure, an irregular heartbeat, or arrhythmia, and heart valve problems.
There are risk factors that increase your chance of developing heart disease. Although some of these risk factors cannot be changed, the good news is that others can be changed or improved.
What does it mean when you have high cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a collective name for different types of fats in your blood. These fats are produced in your body and consumed in food. Undesirable levels of cholesterol in your blood increase your risk of heart disease. Some cholesterol has a negative impact on your heart health (LDL-cholesterol), and other positive impact (HDL - cholesterol). Triglycerides are another type of fat in the blood which may have a negative impact on your heart health, if not maintained within normal levels. When we use the term cholesterol, we are usually referring to the total amount of cholesterol and triglycerides in your blood.

Source text - English The participants addressed the problematical issue of women’s access to Decision-Making Positions and the role of the community culture in not giving sufficient confidence to women to play a leading role in the community. The participants endorsed the presence of women’s Quota of which women can through it have access to Decision-Making Positions today. The Economic Empowerment shall help women to gain financial independence, thus the ability to take decision in a better way. Raising awareness for both men and women is essential to compel women to participate more in public affairs.
The attendance discussed community issues concerning the changing roles of men and women in the community; the responsibilities of women has duplicated in performing multiple roles in the house and outside it and how the economical financial situation plays a massive role in the need of women to work outside the home. The women’s awareness towards its leading role has increased and developed and the community’s perspective of women’s work outside the home has changed. Life requirements have increased and financial charges have become the responsibility of both men and women. The majority of the attendance emphasized that technology has played an important role in changing the roles of women, having an access to Decision-Making Positions and establishing small scale income-generating projects.
