Source text - Croatian Za osiguranje stavki imovine, dugova, fiksnih obveza i planiranih transakcija koje su prikazane u funkcionalnim valutama društava u sastavu Koncerna, prvenstveno se koriste swap ugovori i terminski devizni ugovori. Transakcijski rizik novčanih tokova u stranim valutama stalno se prati. Minimalno jednom mjesečno izračunava se neto pozicija i osjetljivost za Koncern u dotičnoj stranoj valuti. Ta analiza predstavlja osnovu za upravljanje rizicima transakcija u stranim valutama.
Translation - German Zur Absicherung von in Fremdwährung lautenden Vermögenswerten, Schulden, festen Verpflichtungen und geplanten Transaktionen in die funktionalen Währungen der Koncernsubjektwerden vor allem Swaps und Devisentermingeschäfte eingesetzt. Das Transaktionsrisiko der Zahlungsströme in Fremdwährung wird laufend beobachtet. Mindestens monatlich wird die Nettoposition und die Sensitivität für den Koncern in der jeweiligen Fremdwährung berechnet. Diese Analyse stellt die Basis für das Risikomanagement des Transaktionsrisikos bei Währungen dar.

Source text - German Laut aktuellem Bericht von Eurostat und der OeNB hat sich das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt (BIP) im Euroraum stabili¬siert. Im vierten Quartal 2015 ist die Wirtschaftsleistung gegenüber dem Vorquartal um +0,3 Prozent gestiegen und damit ebenso schnell wie im Quartal zuvor. Gegenüber dem vierten Quartal 2014 lag die Wachstumsrate bei +1,6 Prozent. Konjunkturelle Stützen waren die Binnennachfrage und die Bruttoanlageinvestitionen.
Weiters dürfte der Konsum von einer deutlichen Verbesserung des Arbeitsmarktes (Arbeitslosenquote in der EU 2015: 9,5 Prozent; 2016: 9,0 Prozent; 2017: 8,7 Prozent) und Steuerreformen profitieren. Das niedrige Zinsniveau und die nach wie vor niedrigen Energiepreise (Rohöl) sollten die Investitionstätigkeiten weiter beleben und der aktuell niedri¬ge Euro-Wechselkurs die Exporte beflügeln.
Auf Länderebene war das BIP-Wachstum breit abgestützt und die Wachstumsunterschiede innerhalb des Euroraums gehen zurück. Die Kurzfristprognosen für die kommenden Quartale gehen davon aus, dass sich das Wachstum leicht auf +0,4 Prozent bis +0,5 Prozent beschleunigt.
Translation - Croatian Prema aktualnom izvješću Statističkog ureda Europskih zajednica (Eurostat) i Austrijske nacionalne banke, realni bruto domaći proizvod (BDP) Eurozone stabilizirao se. U četvrtom tromjesečju 2015. godine gospodarski rezultati porasli su za +0,3 posto u usporedbi s prethodnim tromjesečjem, što pokazuje jednako brz rast kao i u prethodnom tromjesečju. U usporedbi s četvrtim tromjesečjem 2014. godine stopa rasta iznosila je +1,6%. Oslonci gospodarskog rasta bili su unutarnja potražnja i bruto kapitalna ulaganja.
Osim toga, potrošnja bi trebala imati koristi od vidljivog poboljšanja tržišta rada (stopa nezaposlenosti u EU: 2015.: 9,5 posto; 2016.: 9,0 posto; 2017.: 8,7 posto) i poreznih reformi. Predviđa se da će niska kamatna stopa i kontinuirano niske cijene energenata (sirove nafte) i dalje poticati gospodarstvo, a trenutno niski devizni tečaj eura dati krila izvozu.
Bruto domaći proizvod rastao je i na razini pojedinih država pa se smanjuju razlike u rastu unutar Eurozone. Kratkoročne prognoze za nadolazeća tromjesečja polaze od toga da će se porast blago povećati na stopu od +0,4 do +0,5 posto.

Source text - Croatian Dugi ženski haljetak, džube, proizvod je terzijskih zanatlija, izrađen od ljubičastog pliša. Krojen je izrazito strukirano, sprijeda otvoren cijelom dužinom, bočni dijelovi krojeni u polukrug tako da donji leđni dio pada u bogatim naborima. Kopča se jednim dugmetom od zlatne žice oko vrata na prednjem dijelu ovratnika širokog izreza i bez preklapanja. Podstava relativno dobro očuvana, a izrađena od pamučnog i svilenog platna. Terzijski vez, raskošno i gusto pokriva čitavu površinu haljetka. Stilizirani geometrijski i floralni motivi izvedeni su zlatnom srmom, raznim vrstama gajtana, širitima otkanim od svile i zlatne žice (ukrasnim širokim tkanim pozamanterijskim trakama boje zlata). Sprijeda je haljetak ukrašen s nekoliko zlatnih šljokica.
Donji polukružni rub oivičen je u širokim bordurama motivom položene osmice, odnosno položenog slova S.

Translation - English This long female robe, the so-called džube, is a product of the terzije craftsmen, sewn with purple plush fabric. Close-fitting at the waist and open along its entire length in the front, its sides were tailored in the shape of a semicircle, allowing the garment to fold in rich pleats down the lower back area. It is fastened with one button made of zlatna žica (Eng. gold wire) at the neck, in the front part of the widely cut collar, without folding. The undergarment is relatively well preserved and made from cotton and silk cloth.The so-called tersian embroidery covers the entire robe, sumptuously and densely. The stylised geometric and floral motifs were created with zlatna srma (Eng. golden wire) and different types of gajtan, širit (types of spun or knitted bands) woven with silk and zlatna žica (ornamental, widely woven trimmings – bands of a golden colour). The robe is decorated with several golden sequins in the front.
The lower semi-circular edge is bordered with wide bordures containing motifs of the number eight placed horizontally, or the letter S placed horizontally, respectively.
The robe dates to the first half of the 19th century.

Darovatelji danom potpisa ovog Ugovora uvode Obdarenika u stvarni i zakoniti posjed i vlasništvo darovanih Predmetnih Nekretnina, označenih kao prethodno u članku 1. i 2.
ovog Ugovora, te ga istodobno ovlašćuju da temeljem ovog Ugovora, bez ikakvog daljnjeg njegovog pristanka ili odobrenja u zemljišnoj i drugim javnim knjigama i evidencijama ishodi uknjižbu prava vlasništva na svoje ime, uz istodobno brisanje tog prava vlasništva s imena Darovatelja, za cijelo, odnosno posebno ga ovlašćuju da pokrene sve potrebne sudske postupke kako bi ishodio uknjižbu prava vlasništva na svoje ime.
Članak 5.
Darovane Predmetne Nekretnine, na izričitu želju Darovatelja, ne računaju se Obdareniku u nasljedni dio, te su Darovateljevi nasljednici dužni u cijelosti ispuniti odredbe članka 2. i 4. ovog Ugovora u korist Obdarenika.
Članak 6.
Darovatelji se odriču prava opoziva dara obuhvaćenog ovim Ugovorom bilo kada i iz bilo kojih razloga.
Članak 7.
Troškove sastavljanja ovog Ugovora kao i ostale troškove upisa prava vlasništva, obvezu plaćanja poreza ako isti bude razrezan, te ispunjenja svih drugih propisanih formalnosti snosi Obdarenik.
Članak 8.
Ovaj Ugovor sastavljen je u 2 (dva) istovjetna jednakovrijedna primjerka, te svaka njegova izmjena mora biti u isključivo pismenom obliku.
Članak 9.
Ugovorne strane, Darovatelji i Obdarenik, pročitali su ovaj Ugovor, izjavljuju da ga u cijelosti razumiju, ustanovili su da izražava njihovu pravu volju te ga u znak prihvaćanja vlastoručno potpisuju, čime isti stupa na snagu.
Translation - Spanish Artículo 4
Al día de firmar este contrato, los Donantes entregarán al Donatario el dominio y la posesión reales y legales de los bienes inmuebles donados, objetos de ese contrato, y marcados como figura descrito en los artículos 1 y 2
del presente contrato, autorizándole, a la vez, en virtud de este contrato y sin pedir su consentimiento o permiso adicional, para tramitar la inscripción del derecho de propiedad a su nombre, con la simultánea cancelación, por entero, de los nombres de los Donantes como titulares del dominio, es decir, le otorgan poder especial para iniciar todos los trámites judiciales necesarios para conseguir la inscripción del derecho de propiedad a su nombre.
Artículo 5
Los bienes inmuebles donados, por deseo explícito de los Donantes, no serán incluidos en la parte hereditaria del Donatario, por lo cual los herederos de los Donantes están obligados a cumplir con las estipulaciones de los artículos 2 y 4 de este contrato, por entero, a favor del Donatario.
Artículo 6
Los Donantes renuncian al derecho de revocar la presente donación objeto de este contrato en cualquier momento y por razones cualquieras.
Artículo 7
Los gastos de redacción de este contrato y otras cargas que provengan de la inscripción del derecho de propiedad, así como los gastos del impuesto por si surgieran y del cumplimiento de todas otras formalidades estipuladas por este contrato, serán asumidos por el Donatario.
Artículo 8
El presente contrato está redactado en dos (2) ejemplares idénticos y de igual tenor y cualquier enmienda del contrato deberá hacerse únicamente por escrito.
Artículo 9
Las partes contratantes, los Donantes y el Donatario, han leído el presente contrato, declaran que lo entienden por entero, hacen constar que exprime su voluntad real y lo firman personalmente en fe de su conformidad, por lo que el contrato entra en vigor.

Source text - Croatian Ugovorne strane ugovaraju cijenu za nekretninu iz članka 1. ovog Ugovora u kunskoj protuvrijednosti iznosa od 145.000,00 EUR-a (slovima: stočetrdesetipettisućaeura) prema srednjem tečaju HNB-a na dan isplate.
Prodavatelj jamči kupcu da je nekretnina iz članka 1. ovog Ugovora njegovo isključivo vlasništvo te da ista nije opterećena nikakvim uknjiženim ili neuknjiženim teretima koji bi ograničavali ili umanjivali prava kupca.
Prodavatelj prodaje, a kupac kupuje nekretninu iz članka 1. ovog Ugovora po sistemu viđeno-kupljeno te ju takvu prima u posjed.
Translation - German Die Vertragsparteien vereinbaren den Preis für die Immobilie aus Artikel 1 dieses Vertrages im Kuna-Gegenwert des Betrages von EUR 145.000,00 (in Worten: einhundertfünfundvierzig tausend Euro) gemäß dem am Zahlungstag geltenden Mittelkurs der Kroatischen Nationalbank.
Der Verkäufer garantiert dem Käufer, dass die Immobilie aus Artikel 1 dieses Vertrages ausschließlich in seinem Eigentum steht und dass diese durch keine einverleibten oder nicht einverleibten Lasten, die die Rechte des Käufers einschränken oder mindern würden, belastet ist.
