Source text - English VINCE CABLE was stripped of his responsibilities for overseeing media, telecom and broadcasting companies last night after he was recorded by The Daily Telegraph boasting that he had “declared war” on Rupert Murdoch.
The Business Secretary indicated that he would try to block the media tycoon’s News Corporation from taking over BSkyB, the satellite broadcaster that Mr Murdoch already partly owns.
In an emergency statement issued last night, Downing Street said a large part of Mr Cable’s responsibilities would be transferred to Jeremy Hunt, the Conservative Culture Secretary. The Liberal Democrat minister was also severely reprimanded.
A No 10 spokesman said: “Following comments made by Vince Cable to The Daily Telegraph, the Prime Minister has decided that he will play no further part in the decision over News Corporation’s proposed takeover of BSkyB.
“In addition, all responsibility for competition and policy issues relating to media, broadcasting, digital and telecoms sectors will be transferred immediately to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.
“The Prime Minister is clear that Mr Cable’s comments were totally unacceptable and inappropriate.”
Mr Cable said: “I fully accept the decision of the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. I deeply regret the comments I made and apologise for the embarrassment that I have caused the Government.”
The disclosure about Mr Murdoch was the second revelation in extracts from a covertly recorded conversation between Mr Cable and two reporters from this newspaper who posed as Liberal Democrat supporters in his constituency.

Thus it is also a symbol of ignorance that is dominant in darkness and fears light and knowledge. As the vehicle of Lord Ganesha, a mouse teaches us to remain always on alert and illuminate our inner-self with the light of knowledge.
Both Ganesha and the Mooshak love modaka, a sweet dish which is traditionally offered to them both during worship ceremonies. The Mooshak is usually depicted as very small in relation to Ganesha, in contrast to the depictions of vehicles of other deities. However, it was once traditional in Maharashtrian art to depict Mooshak as a very large mouse, and for Ganesha to be mounted on him like a horse.Yet another interpretation says that the mouse (Mushika or Akhu) represents the ego, the mind with all of its desires, and the pride of the individual. Ganesha, riding atop the mouse, becomes the master (and not the slave) of these tendencies, indicating the power that the intellect and the discriminative faculties have over the mind. Moreover, the mouse (extremely voracious by nature) is often depicted next to a plate of sweets with his eyes turned toward Ganesha while he tightly holds on to a morsel of food between his paws, as if expecting an order from Ganesha. This represents the mind which has been completely subordinated to the superior faculty of the intellect, the mind under strict supervision, which fixes Ganesha and does not approach the food unless it has permission.

In such a case, the developers are left with no option but to offer such free features / facilities, thereby saving their face in the exercise. By offering such facilities / features, the developers are saving themselves from reducing the prices and thereby bypassing the risk of reduction in prices. Ghulaam says, “Parking is one such feature / facility, which is used extensively for this purpose. Additionally, the building can be offered for sale at no further reduction in price to the Client or additional cost to the Builder without any manipulation. Because all the Developer has to do is to include this feature during constructions. But, if the construction is completed by the Builder, then any kind of overhauling in the building may result in the increase of costs”.
