لقد كانت الفتاة الصغيرة أول من سمع صوت الضجيج فوق باب المنزل بأعتبار أن باب حجرتها كان الاقرب الي المدخل .في البدايه كانت ما بين النوم والكري لم تستوعب الموقف جيدا وتصورت أنه والدها هو من يقرع باب البيت بشدة لانه قد نسي مفاتيحه وأنه قد شرع في الطرق بشدة لان أحدا لم يتنبه لصوت طرقه الخفيف علي البيت في بداية الامر. الا انه ما لبست ان جاءت اصوات القرع علي الباب قوية ووحشية مخترقه صمت الليل

In Egypt , there is high prevalence rate of rheumatic heart disease(5/1000)prevalence rate).These high rates are due to high waves of urbanization and mass migration of population from rural areas to cities and towns resulting in the problem of bad housing and over crowding, beside increased number of slum areas.these social factors result in high virulence and pathogenicity of organisms . These higher incidents and prevalence rates are also reflected on mortality from this disease,to the extent that Egypt has one of the highest mortality rates from rheumatic heart disease.موجات النزوح الجماعي

موجات النزوح الجماعي من الريف الي المدن مما أدي الي تفاقم مشكلة الاسكان والزيادة السكانية و انتشار الاحياء الفقيرة و العشوائيات التي تعتبر البيئة المثاليه للاصابه بمرض الحمي الروماتيزميه
