CLÁUSULA 2a DAS OBRIGAÇÕES
Caberá à [REDACTED], em caráter emergencial e transitório:
2.1 Prestar auxílio-subsistência, no valor de dois salários mínimos e meio, às 156 (cento e cinquenta e seis) famílias integrantes da [REDACTED], acrescido de 20% (vinte por cento) sobre o valor de um salário mínimo por dependente.
2.2 Realizar o pagamento de uma cesta básica mensal, em valor correspondente ao divulgado pelo [REDACTED], às referidas famílias integrantes da [REDACTED].
2.2.1 As obrigações previstas nos itens "2.1" e "2.2", supra, tem como termo inicial o mês de junho de 2017 e como termo final o mês de novembro de 2017, totalizando seis parcelas. Todos os pagamentos terão por base o salário-mínimo vigente à época do depósito.
2.2.2 O pagamento da primeira parcela, englobando o auxílio-subsistência acrescido dos percentuais de aumento por dependente e da cesta básica, ocorrerá no dia 15/06/2017 e será realizado na conta corrente vinculada à [REDACTED], qual seja, conta corrente no [REDACTED], Agência [REDACTED], no [REDACTED].
2.2.3 Caberá à [REDACTED] repassar os valores acima descritos às famílias que compõem a [REDACTED] e a apresentar à [REDACTED] os respectivos comprovantes individuais de recebimento dos valores por cada uma das 156 (cento e cinquenta e seis) famílias. O depósito da segunda e das demais parcelas do auxílio-subsistência está condicionado à apresentação de evidências de que todas as famílias receberam os valores devidos no mês anterior. Caso haja alguma dificuldade na apresentação de recibos, a [REDACTED] deverá comunicar oficialmente a [REDACTED] para que a questão seja analisada.
2.2.4 Os demais pagamentos, caso seja observado o disposto na cláusula 2.2.3, ocurrerão nos dias 15 dos meses subsequentes, até o pagamento da última parcela em 15/11/2017.
2.2.5 As partes se comprometem a retornar o diálogo na primeira quinzena do mês de outubro de 2017, a fim de que seja reavaliada a situação das famílias integrantes da [REDACTED], tendo em vista que as medidas emergenciais são cabíveis até a implementação do Plano [REDACTED].
2.2.6 A [REDACTED] deverá garantir o repasse dos valores aos representantes das famílias, sob pena de responsabilização pessoal.

CLAUSE TWO, OBLIGATIONS
It shall be the responsibility of the [REDACTED], on an emergency and temporary basis:
2.1 To provide subsistence aid, in the amount of two and a half minimum salaries, to 156 (one hundred and fifty-six) families from the [REDACTED], plus 20% (twenty per cent) of the value of one minimum salary per dependent.
2.2 To make payment of a monthly food staples basket, in an amount corresponding to that disclosed by the [REDACTED], to the aforementioned families from the [REDACTED].
2.2.1 The obligations set forth in paragraphs "2.1" and "2.2" above have as their initial term the month of June 2017 and as their final term the month of November 2017, with a total of six instalments. All payments will be based on the minimum salary prevailing at the time of deposit.
2.2.2 Payment of the first instalment, comprising the subsistence aid plus the percentage increase per dependent and the food staple basket, will occur on 15/06/2017 and will be made into the current account connected with the [REDACTED], namely, current account no. [REDACTED], Branch [REDACTED], [REDACTED].
2.2.3 It shall be the responsibility of the [REDACTED] to pass on the amounts described above to the families that make up the [REDACTED], and to present to the [REDACTED] the respective individual proofs of receipt of the amounts for each of the 156 (one hundred and fifty-six) families. The deposit of the second and subsequent subsistence aid instalments is subject to the presentation of evidence that all families received the amounts that were due the previous month. In the event of any difficulty in presenting receipts, the [REDACTED] will officially notify the [REDACTED] for analysis of the matter.
2.2.4 Other payments, in the event that the provisions of clause 2.2.3 are observed, will occur on the 15th of each subsequent month, until payment of the final instalment is made on 15/11/2017.
2.2.5 The Parties undertake to resume dialogue in the first half of October 2017 so that the situation of families from the [REDACTED] can be reassessed, in light of the fact that the emergency measures are applicable until the implementation of the [REDACTED] Plan.
2.2.6 The [REDACTED] shall ensure the transfer of the amounts to family representatives, under penalty of personal accountability.
