3.0 Procedure
3.1 Plan voordat u heft
3.1.1 Waten wat u aan het doen bent en waar u naartoe moet, voorkomt onhandige bewegingen wanneer u iets zwaars vasthoudt. Indien u met twee heft, bespreek het plan op voorhand.
3.2 Hef dichtbij uw lichaam

3.0 Procedure:
3.1 Plan ahead before lifting.
Knowing what you're doing and where you're going will prevent you from making awkward movements while holding something heavy. Clear a path, and if lifting something with another person, make sure both of you agree on the plan.
3.2 Lift close to your body.
You will be a stronger and more stable lifter if the object is held close to your body rather than at the end of your reach. Make sure you have a firm hold on the object you are lifting, and keep it balanced close to your body.
3.3 Feet shoulder width apart.
A solid base of support is important while lifting. Holding your feet too close together will be unstable, too far apart will hinder movement. Keep the feet about shoulder width apart and take short steps.
3.4 Bend your knees and keep your back straight.
Practice the lifting motion before you lift the object, and think about your motion before you lift. Focus on keeping your spine straight--raise and lower to the ground by bending your knees.

Valoarea totală a bunurilor vândute este cea prevăzută în facturile fiscale emise de către vânzător cumpărătorului; tăcerea cumpărătorului (destinatarului) constituie acceptare a facturilor fiscale dacă în termen de 48 de ore de la primirea acestora nu notifică în scris vânzătorului obiecţiunile sale cu privire la preţurile şi mărfurile consemnate în acestea.
Facturile fiscale vor fi transmise de către vânzător, cumpărătorului prin orice mijloc de comunicare admis de lege (scrisoare recomandată cu confirmare de primire, curier), care vor atesta trimiterea acestora, la adresele indicate în prezentul contract. | Translation - English
The total value of the goods is the one shown in the invoices that the seller issued to the buyer; the lack of reaction from the buyer (to whom they have been destinated) represents the approval of these invoices unless the buyer sends a notification in writing within 48 hours from the receival of the invoices related to the the prices and the merchandise ordered.
The invoices will be sent by the seller to the buyer by any means of communication (registered letter with acknowledgement of receival, courier) which will prove the receival of the invoices to the adresses inserted in the present contract.
