في البدءِ أقولُ: أحبكِ، وأنا أكره روحي المختبئة في الظلِ كطفلةٍ مذنبةٍ، روحي التي ورطتني في الحب، في قبضةِ الحرير والشوك. روحي الباكية بلا خجلٍ أمام عاطفةٍ قاسيةٍ تلوّح بالعصا.

أحبكِ، وأنا أتابع المسرح الكوني بشغفٍ، لا أتعاطف مع الأشرار كما تفعلين بعد كل فيلم عربي. الأشرار الذين يكرهون البطل والبطلة، ويدبرون المكائد في منتصف القصة.

ماذا أفعل الآن بكل هذا الشر حولنا؟ يلزمني أن أكره جيداً، لأجسد مضمون العقدة الدرامية، لن يكون ملائماً لأمثالي أن يتحدثوا عن التسامح، وهم محاصرون بالخذلان.

In the beginning, I say, “I love you”

In the beginning: I say I love you, whereas I hate my soul, hiding in the shadows like a guilt-ridden girl, my soul that has implicated me in love, in the confines of silk and caltrops. My soul, that cries shamelessly before a cold-blooded emotion waving its stick.

I love you; as I enthusiastically watch the universal theatre, I do not sympathize with the villains, unlike you after each Arabic movie. The villains that hate the protagonists, and plot conspiracies in the middle of the story.

What do I do now with all that evil around us? I must be good at hating in order to embody the content of the dramatic complication. It does not suit the likes of me to talk about tolerance, when they are surrounded by disappointment.

A TIBIAL PLATEAU FRACTURE
A tibial plateau fracture is a bone fracture or break in the continuity of the bone occurring in the proximal part of the tibia or shinbone called the tibial plateau; affecting the knee joint, stability and motion. The tibial plateau is a critical weight-bearing area located on the upper extremity of the tibia and is composed of two slightly concave condyles (medial condyle and lateral condyle) separated by an intercondylar eminence and the sloping areas in front and behind it. It can be divided into three areas: the medial tibial plateau (the part of the tibial plateau that is nearer to the center of the body and contains medial condyle), the lateral plateau (the part of the tibial plateau that is farthest away from the center of the body and contains the lateral condyle) and the central tibial plateau (located between the medial and lateral pleateaus and contains intercondylar eminence). Depending on the injury pattern, lesions may be restricted to the tibia or may have significant soft tissue injury as well as meniscal and ligamentous injuries to the knee. However, a standard tibial plateau fracture involves either cortical interruption, depression or displacement of the articular surfaces of the proximal tibia without significant injury to the capsule or ligaments of the knee.

هو كسر في العظام او قطع في استمرارية العظام يحدث في الجزء الأدنى من عظمة الظنبوب أو القصية يسمى الهضبة الظنبوبية، ويؤثر على استقرار وحركة مفصل الركبة. تعد الهضبة الظنبوبية منطقة تحمُّل وزنٍ حساسة، وتقع في النهاية العلوية لعظمة القصبة. تتكون من لقمتين مقعرتين قليلا (اللقمة الوسطية واللقمة الجانبية) يفصلهما بروز ما بين اللقمتين والمناطق المنحدرة أماه وخلفه. يمكن تقسيم الهضبة الظنبوبية إلى ثلاث مناطق: الهضبة الظنبوبية الوسطية (الجزء الأقرب إلى وسط الجسم ويحتوي على اللقمة الوسطية) والهضبة الظنبوبية الجانبية (الجزء الأبعد عن وسط الجسم ويحتوي على اللقمة الجانبية) والهضبة الظنبوبية المركزية (تقع بين الهضبة الوسطية والجانبية وتحتوي على بروز ما بين اللقمتين). حسب نمط الإصابة، يمكن أن يكون الضرر مقتصرا على القصبة فقط، أو يمتد بإصابة شديدة في الأنسجة الرخوة، وأيضا إصابات هلالية ورباطية بالركبة. غير أن كسر الهضبة الظنبوبية العادي يتضمن انقطاع أو انخفاض القشرة، أو إزاحة الأسطح المفصلية في الجزء الأدنى من القصبة دون إصابة خطيرة للغشاء (الكبسولة) أو أربطة الركبة.
